Oh Summer--so sorry! And I didn't even take you to the gym... Well, tomorrow is a new day! {hugs}

Is there any way you can make some healthy dinners or lunches ahead for yourself and keep them in the fridge or freeze them? Anne (realcdn) has some good recipes and I've got some also...

Also, are you on sparkpeople? I'll add you as a friend if you are.

Congrats on finishing stage 1! I didn't do the extra workout either. I was too excited to move onto the next stage.

Hi Summer! Thanks for stopping by my log. I have been reading yours and am so impressed by your workouts! And the loss in inches, and finishing stage 1!

I have a younger sister who is close to your age and I always try to talk her into lifting more - at least body weight stuff. I know others have said it here, but I really wish someone would have showed me how awesome lifting was back when I was your age You are lucky to have Celeste!

hehe thank you. :]. i am really lucky to have Mrs. Celeste. shes pretty amazing lol. i had lifted like once or twice with my dad but i cant workout with him lol. its to hard..not in like challeng wise. its because he thinks hes right and i think im right and it just doesnt go well. lol. if it wasnt for her helping me out i would never have lifted even half as much as i am now.

Don't worry about one day as it really won't matter in the scheme of things. Your trends are obviously where you want them to be going, so keep up the good work, and don't sweat the small stuff (just the big heavy stuff you're going to lift in your workout).
