it was sorta fun. just a little torturous..it gets annoying when your perverted band instructor is yelling at everyone..buttttt other then that it was fun..haha.
today i skipped the gym today and im gonna go tomorrow and sat. the weather is really bad today and im still super sore from monday. ill have to work extra hard tomorrow! =] ooh! and ill post food later!
ugh. ok so my first weight was a guess. i was off. by a lot. i went to the doctors and my weight is between 230-240 =( blah. but im working on it and it will go away! so yeah. this is my "official" first weigh in i guess we could call it. ugh!

You have almost definitely lost some weight already, so this is just an accurate benchmark to measure your success by! Let's take pics and measurements tomorrow morning at my house after working out, ok? Then I can show you how to post them and you can use my scale to have a # to compare to each month.

i havent been tracking my calories i still cant find the thing on sparks people..i know..epic fail! haha =]. i figured i would just try to keep track of what i eat right now. after i get used to that i think ill add in calories and such. oh and i had a baked apple after i posted what i ate.

Looks like you're doing really well in here! Just a small suggestion... when you post your current measurement/stats, put up the beginning ones too so we can all see the difference I'm sure most if not of the measurements deceased... or at least they will! Great job, so glad you're enjoying the lifting.

I'm very excited for you getting into this so young... not that I'm old, haha (I'm only 22, well I'll be 23 in a few weeks, but no one counts after 21!) Anyway, getting into good habits now will make the rest of your life so much easier. I think it's easier to learn these things when we're younger.
