I started stage 3 on friday. i didnt bring anything to write down my weights so i cant remember.

Stage 3 Workout B
Barbell romanian deadlifts/ bent over row 6@90# 2x6@65# (lame i know but i didnt think i could do 2 more sets at 90#)
Partial single leg squats 6@b/w 2x6@30#e ( i didnt know if you were supposed to use weight or not..it didnt say but w/e)
Wide grip lat pulldown 2x6@85# 6@95#
Back extensions 3x6
YTWL 3x6@5#e
Swiss ball crunch 3x6@ 25#
Hip flexions 3x6 ( i was really confused as to what to do. it said 215-17 so i did the one on 217 which was inclined reverse crunches. haha i probably did the wrong thing)
lateral flexions 3x6
prone cobra
interval training. i did 3 intervals on the elpitical but i stoped because my friends that came with me wanted to walk around town before my mom came to pick us up.
