I started stage 3 on friday. i didnt bring anything to write down my weights so i cant remember.



I didnt go monday but i went yesterday soo here it is

Stage 3 Workout B

Barbell romanian deadlifts/ bent over row 6@90# 2x6@65# (lame i know but i didnt think i could do 2 more sets at 90#)

Partial single leg squats 6@b/w 2x6@30#e ( i didnt know if you were supposed to use weight or not..it didnt say but w/e)

Wide grip lat pulldown 2x6@85# 6@95#

Back extensions 3x6

YTWL 3x6@5#e

Swiss ball crunch 3x6@ 25#

Hip flexions 3x6 ( i was really confused as to what to do. it said 215-17 so i did the one on 217 which was inclined reverse crunches. haha i probably did the wrong thing)

lateral flexions 3x6

prone cobra

interval training. i did 3 intervals on the elpitical but i stoped because my friends that came with me wanted to walk around town before my mom came to pick us up.

i thought i would post what i am going to do tomorrow so i have to do it or tell ya'll i didnt. so tomorrow i plan on running up and walking down my stairs 15/30 times or/and then start at the bottom of our hill ( it has like a farm road going up it) and then walking down, at the bottom do 20 jumping jacks, 12 b/w sqauts, 12 reverse crunches, and 12 pushups then repeat 5 times. what does everyone think? summers coming soon and im GOING to be in shape. haha. =] I'm going to do one if not both . i think the second one sounds fun. its not a very steep hill and not super big. im wondering how long it is. i was thinking about running all the way up the road/trail and then down the one that joins it at the top but once you get into the woods its really muddy, so i think im just running from the bottom to the horse barn thinggy. =].

i did it! haha. 30 times up and down 14 stairs. i did 10 times an hour. i think im going to keep doing it untill my dad comes home. =].

Hey Summer! Looks like you're doing great! I'm in the condo with the little boys for a bit till everyone else gets back so I thought I'd check in with a few people. Sorry you're without me but it looks like you're doing great on your own anyway!

haha thanks. hows Vermont? are you having fun? its okay! im going to the gym tomorrow (hopefully!!). today we are headed out of state (hahahaha only olean) so i cant go today. . I hope your having a blast!!!

omg! So the past few weeks of my life have been crazy and i havent gotten to the gym. iv been doing work just not in workout form. more like farm chore work. haha. but monday starts a new totally dedicated to losing 20 pounds by julyish summer. haha. if thats not to huge of a goal. okay well yeah..just didnt want anyone to think that i was done with it all.
