You look great! I can really see the changes in your midsection in the front pics. The angle is a bit different but your stomach looks flatter. NICE!

I agree with Pam. You can see so much more definition in the way your new pictures are taken. You look really, really good! Nice work.

Thanks for the compliment. Its a combo of spray tan and beach tanning. Figured I would give it a go and test it out early before beach season officially kicks off. I love it tho!

I am kinda meh about my reload day tomorrow. Usually I am excited for these, but I am really not at all. I am having a "meh" moment about the diet. I guess everyone has those days. I am tired of weighing and recording right now. I will stick with it, but I am tired of it. I have 3 days off next week for vacation where I won't be recording. I am looking forward to it. I just have to keep reminding myself that I finish OPT Remix in 6weeks and I should be relatively close to my goal weight if I stay to the plan and am 90% compliant here (which I have been).

Ok end rant. Just needed to vent about my thoughts here with some people who understand. I do realize that fat loss = periods of "meh" moods, nothing to worry about though. Usually a good refeed day gets me out of these funks and excited for the next 7days of dieting down to come.

Not sure if I will be here to log my calories later. Today is an off day w. an aim to reach 1,400calories and low carb.

My stupid soft pretzel snack (unplanned) defnitely killed those plans. Its no sense in giving up on hitting my caloric goal. I am at 1,100 with the pretzel. I will just eat up my protein and veggies at dinner.

Happy Friday all.

Lol the ones I have been waiting patiently for for the last 7weeks lol. Not sure what flavors I will dabble in, but I think some Sam Adams Seasonal is much overdue.

I have lost a ton within 7 weeks of OPT. Enough for me, so I can take some time off here and just use the next 5 weeks to try to get down to where I can maintain without going crazy.

I've heard good things about the Sam Adams Imperial line - particularly the Stout and the Bock. (The White's good too, just not AS good as the other too - least that's what I've heard... I've not tried them yet.) Just keep in mind they're higher alcohol beers.

Thanks! I was thinking about aiming for maintenance tomorrow as we are leaving for vacay after work, but it might be higher. As of right now I planned for a small deficit on Thursday, which gives me a little wiggle room for snacking etc. Friday, Saturday & Sunday...well those will be very different stories. LOL I need a break badly tho.

Ah...back from vacation! Now back to the grind tomorrow. I got a ton of compliments on how I look in shorts and a bathing suit! Now time to get back on the wagon and keep striving for the goodness I have been working towards.
