Just wanted to stop in and say Congrats on last year's progress!!! That's fantastic!

I havent tried a vitamuffin, or have any idea what they are for that matter, but have you ever tried to make your own healthier muffins at home? I've tried some recipes that are pretty good... most of them are based on oats/flax/protein powder and then something to add moisture like egg whites/applesauce/canned pumpkin/sweet potato. They are a little moister than the muffins you get in the store, but very yummy! I've turned some protein pancake recipes into muffins with good result.

hmm...if you have any particularly tasty recipes that don't use artificial sweeteners, I'd love to have them.

I've had a rough 3 days or so eating wise. I even skipped the gym yesterday. School has been a little challenging- we're doing physics now. I need to find a better way to fulfill the desire to sometimes fuck off and be indulgent and lazy than eating everything in sight.

Back on track today!
