I did do Ab Burner! I did it on Saturday and did Kickin Core on Monday and could only get through a single set of abs because I was still so sore from Saturday.

I really liked the Get on the Ball turbo jam's. Sounds like you are moving right along! Great work.

Well... Not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I have been sitting and stewing on this a few days. My hip has gone wonky on me again and my doc has told me I cannot do anything but swim or ride a stationary bike and go to physical therapy. I hope he's being overly cautious. I do have my first PT appointment on Thursday this week. Hopefully they can provide me more direction on what I can or can't do. Until I get that news, I'm not ready to drop out of the challenge, but if I can't do anything else I may. This is a fitness challenge after all!

If it's just your hip, can you at least do some isolated upper body stuff, like shoulders, arms, etc?

Sorry for the bad hip!

Thanks for checking in! I am hanging in there and am able to walk and do PT, but that's about it and I am fine with that because the hip is getting better! I want to be fully healed and pain free before doing anything else because this has been going on far too long!

As an update, I have been averaging one 60 min walk per week and PT 2x a week. Not much activity, but the scale is down 3lbs. I am not following any program for diet, but am only eating healthy things while hungry. Seems to be working!
