Thanks girls. It's been a while since I posted. Things are going well. I've got the camera working, so I'm hoping to jump in if there is another challenge when this one is done.
Had a great workout today...
Bench 3x5 #90lbs
con. Dl 3x5 - 2 sets @ 135lbs, 1 set at 145lbs, one of the trainers said that 135 looked too easy for me, to up the weights. yup, failed at 4 reps.

bb back row 3x5 @ 80lbs.
face pull 3x5 @45lbs.
felt awesome and strong.
