Is anyone else having trouble with sig links to logs? I'm trying to sub to those in the challenge to which I'm not already subbed but none of the links are working. I just tried my own sig log link as well and it's not working, either.
Could just be that my computer moron gene is showing again...
I suspect that the forum move also did a software update or at least reset some configuration variables.
before the forum moved, the links had a weird abbreviated version of the subforum and the thread title as part of the link -
since the move, links just have numbers without the words. So the embedded links with the words are dead.
I'm not sure if that is being treated as a bug or a feature though.
I'm new. Not to fat loss, but to posting here. Can I join this challenge? I've just read through the last challenge post and a few logs and I am really inspired. SO many people are close to my stats.

Welcome! It's nice to start a training log, to keep yourself accountable as well as to give others a place in which to encourage you/trade ideas, etc. Good luck!

I won't know until Tuesday morning because many who signup don't actually ever follow through with pics.
I'm officially in, I did the dreaded weigh-in and pics. Actually i was not as far off my last stats as I feared. It won't take long to get back on track. It was nice to have a break over the holidays, and there wasn't much I could do about working out since I have been sick for almost two weeks. I am able to swim since I breathe through my mouth anyway, so at least I'm getting some activity. I'm going to wait until I get over the cold to start lifting again. But now it's game on as far as diet!
Okay, I'm in. I am going to do this challenge. I've been thinking about it a LOT over the weekend and this is the only way I can make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing to achieve my fitness goals.
I will take/post pictures tonight.
Oh, I asked a question in my journal...but I will ask here too. Is it bad to lift 2x/day? I will be doing my early morning weight workout on M/W/F and then doing ChaLEAN extreme after work on M/W/maybe F. Each workout is about 30-40 min. long.
I will be doing cardio intervals on M/W/F after I lift and run on T/Th/Sat.
