Picture was too big, but at least got it posted. I'll need to play with it a bit more. I'm "Computer Stupid" but I can learn.
I would like to join you guys in the next challenge. I talked to hubby and once monthly pics should be doable. I really like the idea that they are due the first Monday of the month which will also make it more feasible.
I do have a question though about the plan for the challenge. I know what my goals are but am not totally sure what you're looking for regarding documentation of the plan with the challenge. I know Jane's example was with training and I understand about the pics and stats. Could somebody post links to some of the previous beginning challenges so I could look at how others are documenting their plans. I've been following the summaries but having a hard time finding the first posts in the older challenges where things were probably outlined in more detail.

Here you are......some weren't too good about stating their plan. But, you should be able to get the idea. It can be detailed or as simple as "I'll be doing NROL4W"
After you insert a pic, you cursor is already positioned to do another insert to the right of the pic you just inserted. If you wanted to position below, you'd have to hit return.
The challenge begins on January 5 and there will be a beginning stats thread posted at that time. Then, the first monday of every month updated pics and stats are due and a thread is started for each month. You can see how we did it by looking at the threads in the challenge forum.

Pauline, the monthly update threads are always on the first page....they never roll over to the second page because everyone is updating them so often.....so very easy to find.
Right now, I'm doing Hypertrophy I of NROL and eating at maintenance and slightly above with the goal of body recomposition and increasing muscle. At some point during the challenge period, I know I'll want to shift gears and go back into fat loss mode. Is it okay to just put "body recomposition" for my goal and switch from gaining muscle to losing fat during the challenge??
We officially booked our trip to the Cancun area for our friends destination wedding in June this morning, so I have extra motivation to do well the next 6 months! Bikini time for a week with all your closest friends! Yikes!
