Here are my pics. This month was sort of lost - physically that is. I took my pics late, then I had to take them early, and I didn't really get rolling until the 11th or so with the compliance. I've now just come back from vacation and I'm ready to get back on the wagon!

I've made huge leaps in the psychology department and I'm happy to say that I'm excited about running again and that my new treadmill is arriving tomorrow.

Currently I don't know what my stats are - but it doesn't look like I gained more than a pound or so on vacation, which rocks. I will post the measurements I take tomorrow morning.

Jane - thanks for putting up the thread early - even if I didn't manage to post! I got busy Saturday and there was no intertubez at the hotel! Glad we came back today so I could stay in the challenge.

Looks like I grabbed the wrong pants for this shoot. What did I do with those other workout shorts?

Everybody else is doing great! Miss Jane looks lovely as always.

No difference in measurements, except in weird and unexpected places. I blame it on a) possible user error, or b) my cycle. I think the flash helps make everything look bigger, too. It's like department store changing room lighting.

I'm moving out of Physical Therapy. Actually, I think I'm running away from Physical Therapy. Don't like Physical Therapy. The butt gained a quarter of an inch in Physical Therapy.

As for diet, I started TNT this weekend and will continue with it unless I don't see any results in one month.

My stats are:
Age: 38
Height: 4' 9
Weight: 117 - 114 (-3)
Biceps: 9" - 9.5 (+0.5)
Chest: 35" - 34.5 (-1.5)
Waist: 27" - 27 (Same)
Waist at belly button: 31.5 - 32 (+0.5)
Hips: 36" - 36 (Same)
Thigh: 20.5" - 20.5 (same)

(Please note that my starting weight and height were inaccurate. I got weighed and measured by a dietitian at work so I'm going with her numbers.)

Not a great first month...NO big changes but I'm still here and I will have a better month!! September is mine! Also, its getting late and I have no clue how to get my pics uploaded so that they are side by side and in view... so I'm trying it this way. Anyone who can give me a tip could pm me... I'd be forever grateful.

I haven't been around on the boards due to family matters, but I hope to catch up on things very soon. While is was a little hard maintaining good eating habits in my absence, I ate as clean as possible. I did keep up with all my Stage 1 workouts and have already seen many changes .

In just a quick glance here you ladies seem to be doing very well...you all deserve a big pat on the back . Keep up the wonderful work!

Ht 65.5"

Bicep R&L 10.75

Chest 29.75
Bust 35
Tummy 27.5
Hips 37.75
Thigh R 18 L 17.75
Calf R 13.5 L 13.75

So a few changes to measurements, but no huge changes. I really cant see alot of changes in the pics either. A whole one pound difference yeah pretty sure that was just water. I have been tracking my diet on fitday and come to realize that I eat way to many carbs(Yeah big surprise there),and I am taking in about 1300 calories on average per day(except for last week I was sick and pretty much ate whatever whenever I felt like it). I think that i stated last time that i was on stage4 workout 5 but I posted wrong it was stage 3 workout 5 im now on stage 4 workout 5. No big changes on the workouts. I did have some shoulder issues for about a week but it seems to have cleared up with some additional stretching. I am hoping to do a race in the next coming months one to complete my goal and two to count as my community service for school but to do this i guess i really need to add some conditioning for a race into my schedule.(INSERT KICK IN BUTT)

Sept on left august on right

Weight is not good (mostly due to the last 1.5 weeks), the rest is great! Some of this is probably error in measuring, but I had the same clothes on for measuring and did it multiple times to make sure I had the right place. The only one I really doubt is the under-bust. Perhaps I over measured in August?

These are 8/2008 to 9/2008. Too little of a difference to notice... YET!!!

Here I am just barely making the deadline after our vacation. What is it about challenge photo dates and the end of vacations coinciding? 2 months in a row. I am up about 5 lbs, I think. I usually don't weigh in until Wed. AM. Last week I was up 3. I'm OK with that, but plan to get back into my normal exercise routine asap. Have to wait until I clear out the avalanches at home and at work first, though!

There isn't really any significant change this month, but that's to be expected after having 2 of the last 4 weeks being rest weeks/vacation!

I'll finish Stage 5 of NROLFW this week and move on to Stage 6.

9/2/08 (taken by my 8 year old who did a fantastic job!!)

So I did take some measurements to update, but there was really nothing to report.
I was down to 209 lbs for the last week, but drinking coffee on nightshifts this week
shot me up to 212 again which is where I started.
I did fit into a few pairs of pants I haven't worn in awhile, and my thigh measurements
may have been down .5", but it is so hard to tell if your measuring the same spot.

Overall this month, I haven't binged and I've ran a few times, so I need to start working on some of those ambitious goals I had.

Waist at Belly Button 31
Hips 34.25
Left Thigh 21.5
Upper arm left 11
Weight (tanita) 124.5
Body Fat (tanita scale) 20

I still havent figured out how to post the photo within the thread instead of as an attachment, but this'll do for now. Printed bottoms are most recent. Almost had a camera battery problem, but everything worked itself out.

I see some little differences, especially in my back and legs. I want to see more definition in my arms and tummy. These pictures are taken after a weekend at the Jersey shore where I was a little lax on clean eating, but I doubt that made a huge difference.

I've been logging my food as much as I can remember -- probably 5/7 days. All workouts are logged and I was able to stay on track through the Break In. I still haven't followed through with run/bike/swim once per week. I'm going to preplan my workouts on Sunday nights so I can write down what workout on I'm doing on whatever day.

Because there is a late entry coming in tonight because of the hurricane, it's ok.

NOTE TO EVERYONE: BUT, next month....NO EXCEPTIONS! (Hurricane's are another story ) If you really want to be in, you will have the dates marked on your calendar and be ready -- as per the original rules. I posted this thread 10 days early, giving everyone plenty of time plus an extra day for the holiday, and I posted numerous reminders in the challenge thread, too.

Sorry to be a hardass about this, but it's hard enough to keep track of everyone as it is. Thanks.

Well, I have had electricity now for a couple of weeks. I just never got back to putting my pictures in here. I guess I will wait until the next challenge. Thanks anyway for making an exception for me.
