Trying to stay (at least) close to my OPT calorie numbers, I tend to go over by 100-150, but as long as I keep it below my "calories out" count, I can live with it.
My macro are a whole different story... You really have to pay attention to those, or you can really blow them out of the water. I am in week 4 so it is a 40% calorie deficit with a 50% protein, 30% fats, and 20% carbs. Blowing the carbs is easy to do, with just one mistake.

OPT macros are really hard to hit. I finally decided if it evened out to what it was supposed to be over the course of a week and calories were on target then it was good enough. Day to day it was just too much work to make it come out exact. Lazy of me, I know, but that's how it is.

Maybe at the next Summit we can do a self-defense class
Are you volunteering to be a presenter and teach this class?
90 minutes TKD sparring
First time back in several months, so I very acceptable job of blocking many punches and kicks with my face. Was told by one of the instructors to not push my luck [with my shoulder], so I left after 90 minutes. Felt good the next mourning, so I will try and go more often from now on. I will probably wait a few more weeks before trying a kickboxing class.
10 of heavy bag work punching and kicking combos - helped teach my daughter some, and ended up working out a little myself
