Trying to stay (at least) close to my OPT calorie numbers, I tend to go over by 100-150, but as long as I keep it below my "calories out" count, I can live with it.

My macro are a whole different story... You really have to pay attention to those, or you can really blow them out of the water. I am in week 4 so it is a 40% calorie deficit with a 50% protein, 30% fats, and 20% carbs. Blowing the carbs is easy to do, with just one mistake.

Self defense stuff is fun! Throwing is fun too - landing, not so much

Maybe at the next Summit we can do a self-defense class

OPT macros are really hard to hit. I finally decided if it evened out to what it was supposed to be over the course of a week and calories were on target then it was good enough. Day to day it was just too much work to make it come out exact. Lazy of me, I know, but that's how it is.

Are you volunteering to be a presenter and teach this class?

You have to talk to Nick and JP about that, but I guess I wouldn't be against it

Sun 7th

30 minutes of Wii Fit (Balance and aerobic boxing)

GWF calories burned: 2844

But DAMN!!!! just didn't except to go up that much
