Add me to the list of impressed Karen! 40 lbs is so much weight. When I carry my dog food or horse food bags around I often think about how I used to carry that much around on my frame all the time!!! YIKES!!

You are looking amazing and are a true inspiration. Keep it up girl!

thanks, karla - now i have a really good visual for forty pounds! it's funny how we forget to think about it that way - a pound of butter, 10 pounds of sugar, forty pounds of dog food!!

When I originally lost weight (almost 12 years ago), I remember thinking that I'd lost what one of my kids weighed - and they were HEAVY to lug around!

On the other hand, I always tell my kids to be careful, because I can deadlift them!!!

Wow, I'm really impressed with your results, you must feel great. I didn't ever get a chance to try the PSMF and now with winter and joining a x-country skiing group and wanting to keep up with some running, I think I'm joining the next challenge, but probably going to try TNT.

Just think think about in another 6 months what can be accomplished, I'm hoping I need a Vegas shopping trip to restock my wardrobe with smaller sizes then I love the outlet malls there!
