Karen - I saw your pics on the Month 2 post and I was impressed with what you have accomplished. Congratulations doesn't seem like enough of a word to describe your progress.
Also, I saw in Kathy's log (msmogreen) that your son is named Hayden. Mine is too. He is almost 12 and I can't believe how the time has flown.
Again, tons of kudos for you on your journey and milestone!
Karen way to go on all fronts!!! Your new AVI is astounding. You can really see the changes in your face and your progress pics for the challenge are as well. Way to go chicka!

thanks, ladies, i'm pretty happy myself!
funny thing about the avatar photo - my hubby takes the pics every month (since january) and every month i have to reteach him how to use the camera (push the silver button?! c'mon, it's not rocket science!). anyway, he thinks he's pretty funny and just keeps clicking away, even when we're done. most aren't fit for public consumption, but he has managed to catch a few good ones, which is really nice since i'm not really a fan of having my picture taken. i mean, no one has to know those are my bra straps, do they?!
i'm headed out to a photography retreat in a little while. it's the first time i've taken the diet on the road (except for a trip to my parents' house - but they have a kitchen!) i've got a plan and my fingers are crossed!
