Who can I pay come over and kick my a$$ tonight and make me work out????

I have nothing but pathetic excuses this week.

Also need more sleep, which is probably why I have pathetic excuses and I easily talk myself out of exercise.

THANK YOU missjane. I just need to get my butt out the door. Once I'm out, I do what I'm supposed to.

I think I have a plan when I get home

Eat dinner then go to gym...

Do not do any of the following until home from gym: Do not pass GO, Do not collect $200...
* DO NOT use computer
* DO NOT knit
* DO NOT watch TV

all of which I can do as much as I want AFTER gym.

MUST also get in bed and try to sleep at 10pm.

I think I might need to tattoo this stuff on my arm.

The computer is a huge time killer. I know this summer (on bad days) I would waste a lot of time hopping on and off the computer in the mornings. Then I'd be ticked that it was getting late for starting.

Hope since it's late and we haven't seen an update that you're off at the gym working out!

I did it! Just got back. I'm on the west coast so it's only 8:30.

The computer sucks me in. I'm on it alllll daaaay loooong at work and home.

I did do a little computer time between dinner and working out. I didn't want to go straight to workout after eating. I was at least productive and balanced my checkbook. Much better than wasteful web surfing! Now if I can just keep on task. I am EASILY distracted.

I did OPT B1 again. I'm praying I won't be sore for 5 days again. Tomorrow and the weekend I'll be at my boyfriends and he's really good at playing drill sergeant with me (He only does it when I ask, so it's not like he's ordering me around ).

Onward! This is the best I've felt all week!

Wow, its been over a month. I'm totally out of the Women's Challenge! Stress-tember turned into Stress-tober and I had and Endoscopy and threw out my back.

Still don't know if I have Celiac, waiting for biopsy results AND they found a Gastric (stomach) ulcer. JOY!!!! Fortunately I only have to take 2 Prilosec OTC a day(thank gawd for Costco generics) and another Endoscopy schedule for right before christmas.

I'm just trying to not stress so much about stuff I can't control and chill out. Stayed away from the forums for a while. Got inspired by Leigh Poole again... I'm trying her 30 day challenge with the one big meal. Updates posted on my blog. I needed another jumpstart to my system!
