Workout A 15 reps/3 sets/75 sec rest
Superset Squat/Seated row
Squat 45lb
Row 40lb
Superset Supine hip extension (BW, swiss ball)/Sumbell push press 10lb
Superset Rotational lunge (10lb each/BW) /swiss ball crunch (20 reps)

Almost 3" off your waist is hardly "minor." And that backside is poppin'.

It's just a bit upsetting that I don't seem to be able to work out AND eat clean at the same time consistently...it's either/or

I'm pretty d@rn proud of myself...I'm in Vegas for my friend's baby shower (don't laugh, she just lives here, but it def makes for a great cover story ) - and not only can I count my margaritas on one hand, I even kicked my butt in the hotel gym this morning. Yey me!
