Next week I have an appt with Wendy's new strength coach. I am still planning on finishing NROLW, but I need help troubleshooting some of my lifts. He asked me my goals and I realized how vague they've been. I'm not motivated for fat loss at the moment and muscle building is a slow process. From what I've read, I'll be lucky to add 5 pounds this year. So I am going to set a goal of squatting my bodyweight in good form. I seem to add muscle slowly, so this might be a longer term goal!

Christine, I'm glad to hear you're sleeping better. It makes such a difference in functioning day to day not to mention how important it is in muscle building/recovery.
I'm so excited for you to be meeting with the strength coach. I understand about goals. It's tough to set realistic AND measurable goals. Squating your bodyweight is a perfect goal for you. I have no doubt you'll do it!
