I am back again. I will be probably posting eats - I post at another site where I am currently doing her workouts & eating - basic program of eating but learning to eat better and figure out what my issue is in my diet that is stalling me. SO I will try to at least post my eats at end of each day but I am trying to avoid calorie counting at this point - although I will occasionally plug it in to Sparks to see where I am at.

Thanks, Lori. I am just hoping that removing most of the starchy carbs does the trick.
