31 Side-to-Side Hops (total)
13 Inverted Rows
31 Close-Grip Pushups
13 Underhand Inverted Rows
31 Jumping Jacks
13 Burpees
31 Diagonal Lunges (total, not per side, start with your weak side)
I did it 2x and in around 17 min. I forgot to check my watch once I was done but when I was headed up the stairs to do my AB Circuit, it was at 17:34 so I figured I did in around 17 min. Love these circuits. Might have to record them and work on them on my off days -

"As far as (healthy) eating, either do it, or don't. Same issues repeated over and over is just insanity. We either commit to the endeavor or pay lip-service to it. This is the hardest part of the whole process, and it needs to be practiced more than the actual physical training. It's mind training." ~ Matt Thorne

Hey Vickie, I just saw your photos posted on the 3rd. They are awesome; congratulations I'm really impressed by the change in your measurements as well!

Hey Vickie,
Hope everything is going well for you.
Thanks for checking in on me. I am really struggling hard these days. I am still working out and will be done with my TT transformation on Sun. I am taking next week off. I will still probably do some light workouts though out the week but no weights. Mentally I am hurting pretty badly right now. I am thinking my PMS is really presenting itself in a way I never thought. I never realized it was there but I am seeing the correlation between my cycle and my depressive issues and other issues. Although this is a great discovery now i have to figure out how to work things out in my mind. My weight will start creeping up if I am not careful.

Vickie--I'm sorry to hear that pms and depression are taking their toll. Hang in there, and keep doing what you know is right! I'll be praying for you also.
Thanks, I will be feeling better in a week. lol I think this next week I am just going to take it easy and remember how far I have come even if I haven't lost much weight, look how much stronger I am.

Great job, focusing on the positive! We all spend way too much time looking at that scale (me included!).
Here are mine. My measurements didn't change much if any from last month but I was amazed at the photos. Weight wise I am really off but this last month was a very bad one for food and for water retention.
The photos are August then Nov. (I took them last week for my TT transformation photos)
Measurements August November
Chest: 35.75 33 in (-2.75)
Waist
(narrowest) - 30 in 27.5 in (-2.5)
(belly button) 28.75
r thigh: 21 in 20.5 in (-.5)
r calf: 14.5 in 13.75 (-.75)
rupper arm: 11 in 10.75 in (-.25)
lower arm: 9 in same
Not really thrilled by my results (not upset either) I know I have to tone my nutrition down a lot. My goal this month is to really get control of my eating again. I know I can do this, it isn't like i intend to be a body builder, just want to get more firm. Just have to stop messing around.

congrats on the progress you made in the challenge, vickie! it looks like you made some major muscle gains and your photos look good. hope you're feeling better!
I am doing pretty well. I just keep forgetting to post my workouts. I started a new one this week and glad to be at it again. My nutrition has been cleaned up a lot this week. Really working on making good decisions but not being a stickler. I just ask myself if it is something I need to have or if it is just something I want because I want it. Thanks for the encouragement.
