Addendum to my post: I had a hard time posting, and rewrote it a number of times... The time it posted, I left out my plan. I'll be finishing NROL4W (I'm finishing up an extended stage 1) and doing a 16 week marathon training program (no marathon at the end of it, but want to add the miles). I will also work HIIT into lifting days.
So I bookmarked it and set a note on my calendar to come back today (8/5) to see what the details would be, thinking two days was plenty of time to get my pics/stats in, and whoa, the challenge is closed to participants already.
My first inclination was to slink off. I don't want to start trouble for Miss Jane, who's doing an incredible amount of work, kindly tracking this thing for everybody.
But I'm ... I'd just like to ... I don't know. What can I do?
I really regretted missing the beginning of the first challenge and promised myself I could join the second one. My first one began the first week of Jan and I lost 15 lbs, but I didn't find this forum until the end of January, or thereabouts.
I know there's probably no way you could add me, but I thought I'd ask anyway, because the thread referenced above really did say it started August 7, and that's what I went by.
Oy, even as I write this, I realize how lame it sounds.
Well, that certainly was a typo on my part on that poll thread and I apologize! I can see why you were confused! Go ahead and post your pics and stats. I'll also PM the other 2 who inquired today about joining. And, if anyone else was referencing the poll thread, they can post their pics and stats, too.

I'm currently doing physical therapy so my workouts are all prescribed and I have to do them, or the Physical Therapy Police come to my house and beat the door down.
Exercises so far consist of work for hip, lower back, core, and stretches to repair a sacroiliac joint dysfunction and get back into REAL workouts. Yeah, baby.
Track nutrition, food by weight, to stay in a caloric deficit with macros around 40/30/30 p/c/f.
Increase NEAT, get back to regular cardio 30-50min 5Xweek, 2 weight sessions/week.
Goals
Weight 130
Waist 29 or smaller
Create a body that is ready to increase in strength.
OK, I'm now officially joining--taking advantage of a loophole. Miss Jane said it was OK. I did take these pictures July 29, and I'm putting my stats from Aug. 1.

Bodyfat--28.2 (omron, which I checked against a DEXA scan)
My goals:
Finish NROL4W, start new program, most likely NROL. I am now on the last workout of stage 4.
Continue with 2-3 workouts per week.
Be able to do 3 pullups. This is going to be challenging as I cannot do even one now.
Bodyfat from 28.2 to 25%.

I have found and moved logs for all of you except for the following list. If you have a log and I missed it, please respond here or PM me and I'll take care of moving it.
No problems. I started separating out the challenge logs under subscriptions so it was easy to do. I did lose my list of those that I hadn't found (cleaned the desk on the weekend), so I'm glad you posted it.
I am new to this forum and would love to join in the next challenge. This runs for 4 months so I'm guessing it won't be till next year. By then I won't mind postin my pic as much. I still run away from cameras.
As far as I know it will be January. In the meantime why not start a log and get into the swing of things. That's what I did as I don't think I showed up until March (after the original challenge had started).
I did the same as Anne. I joined the forum too late for the first challenge, but started a log and got myself going on it.
As far as I know, the next one starts the beginning of next year.
I am considering it, but I am already posting on another site. I started that back in February and I'd feel guilty jumping ship after developing several on-line friendships over there. But here is a link to it if you care to read. It is getting long so maybe just read the beginning to see where I started and then skip to the end to see where I am now. Maybe I should creat a fresh thread with the link so it is not burried here...
