Giada of FoodTV makes a savory cheesecake - I think the one I saw had red peppers. Growing up we'd just use plain cream cheese with jalapeno jelly on top as dip for veggies & crackers.
Wait ... how'd we get on cheesecake with veggies?

Another hang-in-there from me Lori. Come back when you can.

Thanks Diane. This summer has been an emotional rollercoaster, to say the least. Lots of things going on with me and decisions to make.

Veggies on cheesecake? Blech.

Thanks Lisa! I have still been continuing with workouts in spite of the fact that I'm an emotional mess much of the time! Doing well with them, too!

Hey girl, sorry about the emotional mess thing. I am so glad that you are working out despite it--I know from personal experience it really, really helps. Exercise got me through so much in the last few years.

Are you joining the challenge?

Pretty good 'back at it' workout. I'm kind of looking forward to the return to a routine when school starts myself.

Hey Lori - just catching up. Hope the return to school is going well and kudos for working out so hard when things are rough. I agree with Elisabeth...it always helps me get my mind off things for a little while.
