Hey!!! Thanks for visiting even tho my log has cobwebs...
I am happy to say that I only have a week and four days of camp left!!!(but who's counting)
I am not going to be coming back reporting anything good tho I'm afraid. I know it's not like 30lbs, but I did end up probably gaining about 3-4 lbs during camp. It's really annoying me actually, to the point of a crying fit/breakdown the other night. Camp is physically and mentally demanding, add that to the fact that I am not getting to be till 12:30 most nights and getting up at 6...and well...my sleep is suffering too, not to mention the quality of sleep. I don't know what i did differently last summer that allowed me to lose weight...I'll have to go through my logs and see. I'm not trying to make excuses, just really annoyed with how this camp year went so far. I know that I have been eating pretty much the same things i did last year...so...oh well!
I was thinking that a big part of my recent success really has to do with the log here...and since everything dropped when camp started...this log suffered...and it was a huge part of my success!!! That coupled with crap for sleep...I feel in some part have been downfalls for me.
Who knows if I am even writing coherently at this point...I'm so tired!!! I can tell I'm tired ans stressed cause my face looks like a pepperoni pizza...ugh...i hate it! I wear my stress on my face. Stupid camp.
If I didn't love it a little I'd hate it!!!!
So...long story short...I'll be back...soon...I need my JP's...and I miss all of you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3-4 lbs can be nothing more than bloat sweety. Especially since you admit to sleeping poorly. Don't stress about the weight. Plenty of time to deal with that when camp is over.

I'm curious to see what happens after you're back into your home environment and getting plenty of sleep. And, also after you look at last year's logs to see what's so different.
I've missed you...all of you!! I can't wait to get back to work since that's where I am able to do most of my posting...lol...weird huh? So vacation was awesome and I REALLY needed it. We ate LOTS of seafood and grilled almost every night. It was pretty healthy considering we were in a place where there are fried clams on every corner! Well...except that night I made grilled eggplant and then NY Strip Steaks with a garlic parsley butter rub...mmmmmmm steak...hey it was low carb!!! Anyway where was I? Oh yeah...We came back Friday and I was in the gym on Saturday...and then Monday and then Tuesday...so I'll be logging again soon. As an added bonus I will be attaching my food as well. Just for extra accountability.
Man did I miss this place!!!!!!!! Thanks for keeping my log up whilst I was gone...

I was totally frustrated...I was actually shocked reading back some of my posts. I was able to fish myself out of some serious self sabotage tho...and I did go back and examine what my log...it appears that I was getting MUCH better sleep and I think that's one of my major downfalls when it comes to weight loss. Especially given my thyroide disorder, I need to makes sure my body has recovery time...and then some. Thanks for checking in on me...and for the concern...it means a lot!

Hey she's BACK!!! Sounds like you had a wonderful time on vacation, and were pretty good even! I'm glad you've discovered a few things, especially the sleep, that could be factors. Now GO TO BED! Well, maybe not this instant. Anyway, good to hear from ya!
