I find that I've gotten worse about that lately. I'll see 30+ logs with updates, and I'll try to read them, but I make fewer posts than I feel that I should. Mainly because I have nothing to add.

Enjoy your two days off, and hope you get to sleep in a bit. I find that I'm so used to getting up around 7/7:30 that it's almost impossible for me to sleep past 8am on the weekend. Of course, I'm doing the M-F on purpose so that I'm not dead in the fall when I have to start getting up during the week.

Yeah my schedule it pretty my killing my days!!!!

Anyway...I'm still around...lurking a lot...no time to write...or really catch up...

I have been going to the gym, just not logging the hours in here...the usual cardio and training still happening all thought in the past 3 weeks I've only been training with Charlie once a week...I just can't seem to get my schedule to cooperate with his!!! This Saturday I'm training...so it will be the first week I will have trained twice with him. Hopefully I will have some energy!!!

Anyway...still at work...here since 7am...hoping to go home soon, If I can I'll write more later...

I miss you all...feel free to keep my log warm with kittehs, and comics, and handbags and shoes of course!!!!!!!!!

So I know I've been MIA around here, I am still working out just haven't had time to log...my summer schedule is hell on wheels and I've just just about enough energy after working 7-6 to go to the gym, come home eat and drop dead...soooo....this past Saturday I got some fun in...so I thought I'd share:

Damn girl - you flipped that thing so many times!!! My first (only) time, I only got 5. Jason had said I would do 10, but after 5 we both knew I was DONE. Not sure how big that tire was, but... I miss it. Stoopid teenage vandals...

You look smaller to me - how's the weight/diet/measurement thing going (since you're not updating as often)?

I was thinking of you today and glad to see your update.

Love the tire-flipping. Who is your cheerleader? I don't know if putting your knee up is part of it, but I think you should switch to the other leg on the way back (can't have the bootyliciousness getting lop-sided)

Wow that is badass.... Am wondering though if it made your low back sore. I don't see how you can not round out the back flipp'n like this. Here's hoping all is well. And I agree with the hamster again (second time tonight)... You look smaller.

Thanks...it was FUN! I actually flipped it 16 more times after that, after some pad training...

I have been weighing every day as usual...but haven't measured since June, it's time for more pics and some measuring definitely! Thanks for reminding me...8) I don't know if I am smaller...I don't really feel any smaller at this point, but my clothing is fitting nicely...so who knows! Maybe it's just the black outfit...

Lol...I'll try to keep the sides all evened up! The cheerleader is actually my trainer and the gym owner...his name is Charles...I call him Charles the Punisher.

Awwwwwwww thanks...I firmly believe if I can do this...anyone can! That really means a lot to me... It's no easy task...it's nice to think I could help someone see that it CAN be done...you CAN do it Pelly!!!!!!!!!

I was expecting the same thing, but my lower back was actually completely fine...oddly enough...the ONLY things that were sore...were my forearms??? Weird...I do notice that on the second pass, I start to use more back and less legs, that's when he started yelling at me to get my butt down...so I will try to be more conscious about that today when we do it again!!!

Holy Shit...it's a workout!!! Well, I have been working out, just had no time to log them...so tonight I have time...so here it is:

Legs with Charles the Punisher

(no tire flipping today as it was raining outside...I was bummed, but he more than made up for it with this workout!!!!)

Warmups: Ball Squats on the Wall

Superset: (with exercise below & bosu sets)
Mini Squat and Single Arm Press (squat bar with one side on the floor)
bar x 15 each side
bar + 10lbs (50lbs) x 15 each side
bar + 20lbs (60lbs) x 15 each side
bar + 30lbs (70lbs) x 15 each side

Bosu Ball Step Ups x 15 each leg
Bosu Ball Alternating Push Ups x 20

Hack Squat Machine (not going all the way down)
BW x 25 x 3 sets

Leg Press

180lbs x 25
270lbs x 25
360lbs x 15
450lbs x 15!!!!!
500lbs x 15!!!!!


*(please keep in mind these are not full presses b/c my knees would fall off, but every once in awhile we go heavy to shock the system!!! I LOVE IT!!!)

Get Ups Off The Bench, Step Up Onto Bosu, Mini Squat & Twist Side to Side w/25lb plate in front x 25

Deadlifts using Seated Hammerstrength Shrug Machine
180lbs x 15
90lbs x 25

Leg Extension Machine (one right after the other)
50lbs x 25
40lbs x 20
30lbs x 15
20lbs x 15

Abductor Leg Machine
50lbs x 25

Adductor Leg Machine
70lbs x 25

DB RDL's
45's x 15
50's x 15

Crunches x 25 x 3 sets

I had jelly legs and THEN SOME after this...and so then I went and did 30 mins cardio on the elliptical! They felt a little better after that...but we'll see how they are tomorrow!!!

*phew* time to rest on the couch!!!
