I find that I've gotten worse about that lately. I'll see 30+ logs with updates, and I'll try to read them, but I make fewer posts than I feel that I should. Mainly because I have nothing to add.
Enjoy your two days off, and hope you get to sleep in a bit. I find that I'm so used to getting up around 7/7:30 that it's almost impossible for me to sleep past 8am on the weekend. Of course, I'm doing the M-F on purpose so that I'm not dead in the fall when I have to start getting up during the week.

Anyway...I'm still around...lurking a lot...no time to write...or really catch up...
I have been going to the gym, just not logging the hours in here...the usual cardio and training still happening all thought in the past 3 weeks I've only been training with Charlie once a week...I just can't seem to get my schedule to cooperate with his!!! This Saturday I'm training...so it will be the first week I will have trained twice with him. Hopefully I will have some energy!!!
Anyway...still at work...here since 7am...hoping to go home soon, If I can I'll write more later...

Damn girl - you flipped that thing so many times!!! My first (only) time, I only got 5. Jason had said I would do 10, but after 5 we both knew I was DONE. Not sure how big that tire was, but... I miss it. Stoopid teenage vandals...
You look smaller to me - how's the weight/diet/measurement thing going (since you're not updating as often)?

Love the tire-flipping. Who is your cheerleader? I don't know if putting your knee up is part of it, but I think you should switch to the other leg on the way back (can't have the bootyliciousness getting lop-sided)

Thanks...it was FUN! I actually flipped it 16 more times after that, after some pad training...
I have been weighing every day as usual...but haven't measured since June, it's time for more pics and some measuring definitely! Thanks for reminding me...8) I don't know if I am smaller...I don't really feel any smaller at this point, but my clothing is fitting nicely...so who knows! Maybe it's just the black outfit...

Lol...I'll try to keep the sides all evened up! The cheerleader is actually my trainer and the gym owner...his name is Charles...I call him Charles the Punisher.

I was expecting the same thing, but my lower back was actually completely fine...oddly enough...the ONLY things that were sore...were my forearms??? Weird...I do notice that on the second pass, I start to use more back and less legs, that's when he started yelling at me to get my butt down...so I will try to be more conscious about that today when we do it again!!!
