Hey Bree & CeeBee - I think it was a success, if for no other reasons than I got the "pig out" out of my system (for a while) and I learned that I can't do THAT much damage in one week

Sorry to hear about the hair...I hate it when that happens...we tried a few places before we found a good one...one of the places left my color in, and practically the whole shop went out to have cigarette and left me in there, and when the buzzer went off I had to go out front to get someone...idiots...

It felt SO good to work out again!!!
I'm always amazed at the hair horror-stories I hear... I do like it more now, but it's still awfully short
Weight - 144.5# today (up 1/2#) but... still AF, and still not the highest. I feel like I'm handling hunger a little bit better now... I'm still hungry, but I feel less urge to just pig out. Maybe I want desperately to see that nice drop after the break week, but also I got to eat plenty and it wasn't quite as much fun as I remembered... it's hard for me to just let go and eat (although I managed

).

Been thinking about the Bugg. I still have about 5 weeks left on my subscription, but I feel like I finally have a good grip on my calorie burn... I didn't wear it on the weekend for an entire day (partly cuz I was in a tank top and taking it easy anyay) and now maybe I'm getting ready to move on from it. Not sure. I don't think I want to wear it daily anymore... Not sure though if I should sell it or let DH wear it for a while or ??? Just thinking "out loud" here...
