hope that week flew by as quickly for you as for the rest of us! glad to know that it was a mainly positive experience.

sorry about the hair - not sure what you do in an instance like that - hate to think she's still out there!

OMG Paula - I LOVE that picture!! Thanks!!!

Karen - I was watching part of Tabatha's Salon Makeover on tv, and now I wish she'd come in and see what this supposedly nice salon I went to is really like - and maybe fire the idiot who chopped my hair!
... Wish I had the guts to go in there and complain, but I probably won't .

Ginger - thanks! Yes, I did it!!! (now, what will the scale do... the mystery continues )

I'm hungrier today than yesterday... weird... Ate 1450 (I was aiming for 1400 but I snacked while waiting for dinner to cook)... If I just don't eat anymore today I'll be fine... sigh... I SHOULD go for a walk or something, but... don't know if that'll happen either. It's already almost 8pm and kids are home and dogs need attention (long story but they ended up locked up WAY too long today )... I'd walk 'em but one of 'em hates walks (or any exercise ). Making excuses... mostly I think I must be a bit tired too.

Yayyy the week is over! Good job there...I can only imagine how good it felt to get back in there at karate.

Sorry to hear about the hair...I hate it when that happens...we tried a few places before we found a good one...one of the places left my color in, and practically the whole shop went out to have cigarette and left me in there, and when the buzzer went off I had to go out front to get someone...idiots...

Yay on the lbs down too...I can't wait to see how you progress now!

Hey Bree & CeeBee - I think it was a success, if for no other reasons than I got the "pig out" out of my system (for a while) and I learned that I can't do THAT much damage in one week

It felt SO good to work out again!!!

I'm always amazed at the hair horror-stories I hear... I do like it more now, but it's still awfully short

Weight - 144.5# today (up 1/2#) but... still AF, and still not the highest. I feel like I'm handling hunger a little bit better now... I'm still hungry, but I feel less urge to just pig out. Maybe I want desperately to see that nice drop after the break week, but also I got to eat plenty and it wasn't quite as much fun as I remembered... it's hard for me to just let go and eat (although I managed ).

Awwwww thanks! I did. I didn't do anything else, just went to bed. And woke up not very rested . Not sure why... maybe just tired from the workout?

Today - karate. Not sure if I'll do one class or two...

Been thinking about the Bugg. I still have about 5 weeks left on my subscription, but I feel like I finally have a good grip on my calorie burn... I didn't wear it on the weekend for an entire day (partly cuz I was in a tank top and taking it easy anyay) and now maybe I'm getting ready to move on from it. Not sure. I don't think I want to wear it daily anymore... Not sure though if I should sell it or let DH wear it for a while or ??? Just thinking "out loud" here...

Hey Bytsi... Glad to hear your thoughts on the rest week. The most valuable lesson from this is the fact that you realize how you cannot do that much damage in a week of eating more but still sensibly.

I am doing incredibly well on my time off. Haven't done anything except a short walk on the beach. Am eating massive amounts of cleanish foods (eating out so it can't be that clean) and just enjoying my time. It will be interesting to see how this one pans out in the end. This is as lax as I have been yet. No desire to workout yet though I sometimes get an itch to have 135lbs across my back.

Thanks Shell!

Anne - that is PRECIOUS - I love that hamster

Karate - did both classes (had to atone for a little slip with the cheerios ). No major damage done, but I figured it couldn't hurt to add a bit of activity since I did dip into the box a bit while cooking (seems to be my weak time - I get hungry and can't seem to wait for dinner to be ready. Hmmmmm). Got good 'n' sweaty in karate - fun except for the part where the guy in class who has NO control kicked me really hard right in the stomach. Ooooof! He said sorry (it was during a part where there wasn't supposed to be ANY contact!) but he ALWAYS does that and it's getting old, ya know?

Measurements today (even though AF is still here and I just came off the rest week). Pics will be taken this weekend, but I'll post measurements... they're weird and kinda all over the place but nothing awful...
