Looking good! I see definite changes -- the back of your upper arm is leaner, and all around your mid-section too!

Because I told her that the male cast of "300" would magically appear in the nude if she completed it.

Being married to a "Bob", I figured you had your fill of the 'gasms so I took your share myself. Oopsie. Sorry.

'gasm hog! LOL

I wanted to post this for comparison as it's not done on the official thread. This is April compared to May update pics. My diet has been fluctuating but still under caloric control for the most part. I think there is some improvement in hips and hams since I've been focusing on form issues. I've also upped the cardio month over month and was more consistent about getting the two HIIT sessions a week.

Your midsection looks much much tighter... Great job!

Hopefully the whacko boss doesn't hurt your chances too much

Thanks all!

Did more turkey hunting on Sunday..actually even got a shot off, it was a tad long for the size shot I was using. I coulda swore I tumbled him but he got up and ran off the stinker! He's still been gobbling off the roost in the mornings, so apparently I didn't do too much harm

Had a marathon work day Monday and have felt uckie since then. Hope to get back in the saddle for a workout tonite when I get home. And of course ya know if I type it here, then I'll feel bad if I don't have anything to log later on today! Dang I'm good, I can even guilt myself! LOL.

Two hours turkey hunting for the last of the season. No bird, but it was nice to get out in the spring woods (despite the PI and tick bites). Also plan to work over the garden and flower beds this afternoon. Meanwhile I did this for a workout:

NROL4W Stage 4A 3/4

Warm up

15 minutes on elliptical
ADW

FSPP

8x45 8x55 8x65

Squat

8x85 8x95 8x105 8x115

Step up

2x8ex25e

DB one point row

2x8ex25e

Static lunge rear foot elev

2x8ex20e

Push up

2x8xSmith machine

Plank

2x120secs

Lat pulldown

8x90 8x140

My weight has plateaued again. No big surprise coming back off of low carb but still disappointing. Gonna tighten up the diet some and try to get it moving.

Thanks Diane! The sound that the hen turkey makes is most often described as a yelp. That's the call I use to lure Mr. Gobbler in range of my shotgun That's your turkey trivia for the day.

My workout for the day was another 45 minutes on the elliptical...I threw a one minute sprint on the end to finish it off

Had to forgo weights today in favor of fair weather and garden work needing done...pushing the overloaded wheelbarrow up a steep hill worked me over pretty good though

Tried glucomannan today after reading about it, so far so good on controlling the hungries!

Thanks Ginger

I'm thinking of moving to stage 7 next to drop weight before wildfire deployment this summer. I figure 15-20 less pounds on me will be quite effective at reducing the energy needed to haul my azz up the mountain!

Today I got 35 minutes in on the elliptical. It was for stress burn off more than anything as I *still* have not heard back about that stinkin' job interview. Headed out for a campout this weekend, then have a conference next week so my schedule for at home workouts is gonna be all outta whack for a bit. I'll play catch up when I get home.

I think I had another elliptical workout in there somewheres and then went to my conference the last three days... um.. where I did nothing but eat and sit on my fat ass the whole time (insert loser smilie here).

My fat PROMOTED ass!

Yep, I got the job!
