Superset w/ full rest
Barbell bench press
6 x 215
1 x 235
5 x 225 (I chickened out w/o a spotter lol)
1 x 245
12 x 175

Barbell bent-over row
6 x 165
1.5 x 195
6 x 165
1 x 205
10 x 155

Superset w/ full rest
Close-grip lat pulldown
6 x 180
8 x 180

Dumbbell shoulder press (prone grip)
8 x 45's
7 x 50's

Straight set
Lower body Russian twist
2 x 10 each side

Notes:
- Not bad, wish bench was stronger but at least I'm pushing forward so I can't complain

I couldn't find your log - forgot you were in the challenge section!

Great numbers. You're continuing to just climb.

I hear ya on the no spotter issue. Can't be too brave there!

Thanks very much Sorry for the late response I've been horrible at updating my log. You'll be happy to know that my DL numbers are finally not laughable haha. Have you found a new workout yet? I remember you talking about switching things up.

all your numbers look great!

I plan to return to WS4SB - was supposed to start today but didn't happen. will return 9/8

haha hey man how you been? Sorry I have been insanely lax with the forum lately. I've been way too busy with grad school but I'm still getting in three solid days a week with a full-body program so maybe I'll get some pics and numbers in here sometime. Hope you're doing well!
