Steph, do you like dark chocolate? I have a brand I like called Endangered Species ... they have all sorts of flavors. I usually will have 12g of Dark Chocolate with Cocoa Nibs (75%) which is about 2-3 squares and has 61 calories, 1g pro, 3g carb/1g fiber, and 5g fat. I let it melt in my mouth and it totally takes the edge off without too much damage. In fact I try to work it in at least once a week. Flavenoids and all ...

Today's workout (NEAT & Walking Week):
Leslie Sansone - Evening Mile - 157 cals. @ ~66% for 26 mins.
Michelle LeMay - 7 Essential Stress Relievers Yoga - 15 mins.
The Michelle LeMay workout was a "virgin" workout and I'm not going to keep this one (off to the swap it goes). It was okay.......but, I have much better yoga workouts than this......like Yoga Zone & Namaste!
I've also decided to open up my nutrition blog because it's a pain for people to sign up to see it. It is basically just my menus daily and then my macros. Since these next 14 days are going to be a bit tough with staying in line......I figure posting what I eat each day will definitely keep me on track!

I'm glad you are doing good, too, Tracey! At first, I was upset about those oreos.......but, you know what? In the past, I wouldn't have even logged them..........and.......I did eat what I wanted the rest of the day and worked around them. Want to know the other accomplishment? I didn't eat the whole bag! I closed it up and put it right back in the cupboard.
5 days of hitting the calorie goal I need to for Leigh for 2 weeks......and only 9 more to go!

Great job Stephanie!
I can tell your success is making you feel very positive and breeding more success. I think the oreo thing is a major accomplishment. I'm just the same as you, in the past I would have said, oh I messed up, I'm a fat pig, blah blah blah, and then eaten the rest of the bag.

Oh, you sound just like me, Leah. I really can't have trigger foods like that around me. So, out of sight, out of mind worked that day because I knew that I didn't want to screw up my counts. I want to prove to myself (and Leigh) that I can do anything for 2 weeks!
Today's workout (NEAT & Walking Week):
iTread #18 - Walking Series - 365 cals. @ ~75% for 40 mins.
iTread #18 - Walking Series Stretches - 10 mins.
I know I'm not supposed to be doing this big of a workout (even though it wasn't all that big) but Leigh did tell me that if I felt the need to do a heavier workout during these 2 weeks, that I could do a few, but to up my calories........this counts as the first of a few.....lol I just felt so darned energetic today. I've been moving non-stop with cleaning and washing windows/curtains, etc. that I couldn't help myself. I'll be back to doing a lighter workout tomorrow.....

I've really had a productive weekend. My house is looking so nice and clean with all of the curtains, windows and floors looking sparkly! The patio lights are out and hung so evenings can be spent outside.
I got resumes typed up, cover letters written, essays written, applications filled out, and clearances filled out and paid for.
Check-in for Leigh is all set with pictures, measurements, menus and comments for the week. All I have to do is wait until that last morsel of food passes these lips.
I also did a lot of organizing with my blog. I now have it separated by months. I'll start adding my workouts to my daily menus since I know that once these 2 weeks are over Leigh will have me eating different amounts of calories and macros when doing different types of workouts.
I'm just really feeling good today. I'm so energetic that I want to do another DVD workout but I think Leigh would kill me...... I'll just do some yoga and maybe that will take the edge off.
I also feel motivated and positive. I'm not seeing much change in my pictures and I'm not allowed to weigh-in until next Sunday......but, I still feel pretty good. It's definitely better than the dumps I was in 2 weeks ago. Maybe it's the sunny day.......
Today's workout (NEAT & Walking Week):
So far......
***Washed windows upstairs & in living room
***Ran sweeper on steps
***Gin Miller - RAMP - Cardio Challenge - 39 mins. @ 70% of max burning 288 calories

I agree with Tracey; this isn't easy, and it IS truly a journey ("Are we there yet?")
