Hey - nice workout there. Front squats are my nemesis right now too. I just can't seem to hold the bar right yet, but I like how I feel it differently in the legs.
Whenever I am super sore, I tend to just do some steady state cardio. But if its a time issue, I would think HIIT would get your more bang for your buck. If you have time, I would take it easy. And stretch and all that good stuff.
