Starting over when you have a setback is all that is required. Go for it.

And there are a lot of things that could be worse than prancing around a pool for a hot instructor.

TNT Starter Plan (week 1)

Warm Up as per TNT book (mobility work now to be done in the PM)

Workout B

A1= DB Step Up 2X15X22lbs
A2= Neutral Grip Shoulder press 2X15X35lbs

B1= Goblet Squat 2X15X22
B2= DB Pullovers 1X15X33lbs
1X15X22lbs

C1 = Plank 1X60secXBW (3 raises with 5 sec rests)

Notes
  • It was the first time I’ve done goblet squat so went a little light on the weight. It's a great movement and lets you get real deep.
  • The pullovers seemed to give my elbows more trouble than anything else, so I lowered the weight just to be careful. I may try using the women’s DB stack next time as they go up in 1kg (2.2lbs)intervals [upto a limit of 10kg). This was i can use the 6kgs.

Who am I to disappoint a very good looking (and genuinely nice girl). So I pranced around the pool for an hour instead.
What a nice guy. Good deed for the day.

New program looking good.

What is Afterburn? Is it a specific HIIT program?

On another board I read, there was a guy from England very happy about ManU being beaten as well...is that a common feeling these days? Sounds like they are kind of like the Yankees in that respect.

Afterburn is a full program from AC, I'm just using the HIIT aspect at the moment but there is a comprehensive weight routine also. Extreme Fat Loss | Fat Loss Program | Lose the Fat -- FAST !! - Afterburn - Extreme Fat Loss Training

As for Man Utd, there is, and has been for a long time, a sense of dislike towards them nationwide. They have won a lot recently but their fans have not been graceful at all, and have a reputation for causing trouble both domestically and more so when they travel to Europe (France and Italy being the most recent.)

For Liverpool supporters such as I, this dislike is more intense. The cities of Manchester and Liverpool are about 30 miles apart and the competition between them is immense, not just in the sporting sense. There has been decades of one-upmanship in terms of all aspects of culture, employment, travel links.....the works.

In terms of the football teams, history dictates that we are the most successful team in England and at one point the gulf was enormous. The 90's belong to Man Utd though, and thus they are closing back in on our records.

The two most important trophies;
League Title: Liverpool 19 Man Utd 16
European Cup Liverpool 5 Man Utd 2
So it’s a culmination of things really. The one thing I would say is that Man Utd the brand and Man Utd the team are two entirely different things.

I like it, Gabe. I think it'll help me improve my weak areas. For example the goblet squat lets me get right down whilst looking in the mirror to check form.

The workouts are fairly short, so I can get them done and dusted in plenty of drive for my 1hr 20 min commute to work.
