You know, in an economy like this... they should be kissing your ass to KEEP you. I'm sure their business has fallen off a bit; hell, I'd ask for extra sessions, Ginger.

Hey Ginger... checking in to see how things are with you now that I'm getting back on the wagon LOL! Awesome progress! So sorry to hear about all the crap with the trainer issue... I sure hope that Steve fixes the situation once and for all and you end up with a competent and reliable trainer again! Hang in there!

It sounds like Steve realizes there is a really big problem that needs to be taken care of. Hopefully the new trainer will do right by you. If not, definitely ask for your $$$ back.

How's your hubby's recovery going??

Hi Paula, he is recovering pretty well. All of the incisions look good. He is heading to work this afternoon for the first time and just going to do some part time, to make sure he can make it through. The challenge will be him listening to the restrictions and following them.

Hi Diane! I miss you!! How are you?

Well, I took Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. I start up with the next phase of Power Training tonight and am looking forward to it. I am cutting my calories down to 1200, for the next couple of weeks. I need to the weight off and now is the time.

Ginger, you switching up reps? Or, are you starting a different PT program (Strength or Hyper)?

1200 calories seems to be where I start to slowly inch upwards...LOL! BUT, that's where I like to be right now, too. Can't wait to start adding in calories again...hopefully, just in time for Thanksgiving!

Ooops, sorry. I am just switching up the reps.
I am going to work really hard to stay at 1200, at least until the November pictures and then I will look at where I am at that point and go from there.
I am nervous though, lol.

It sounds like life is getting back to normal, so I'm know that will help! I'm sure you will have no problem dropping the last bit of weight when you can get your schedule back and the stress lightens up a bit

Wow, 1200. I think I'd pass out that low! I couldn't even get down to 1600 when I was doing MRM. I don't know how you and Jane do it! You gals are amazing.

I agree with you here! I know at some point I will likely have to go much lower than I am, but I'm really hoping it doesn't have to be that low for a very long time.

LOL... kind of a double edged sword, isn't it? We want to get to a weight low enough to require just 1200 calories, but then again....

Good luck Ginger! Just remember... get in, get out! We can do anything for a short time, right?

I'm eating at 1400 and don't always hit it... it's hard! I don't think I could maintain activity at 1200, but who knows... I don't want to try it!

Ginger, I was holding a grudge because of your "Go Irish" tag, but I decided to get over it and come check in. Sounds like you have every right to be frustrated, and I'm sorry you've had such a rough few weeks.

Your workouts look great, as do you. I hope things are looking up!

hey ginger, 1200 is about where I am at just for yesterday, today and tomorrow. I suspect vegas might be a bit more than maintenance, so I am saving up a little deficit!
