I was thinking along these lines, too. Your back is looking really good. The hair color change still throws me off, but just because it's such a dramatic change--it looks great on you .

Ginger, your workouts look great! Forget about that trainer. You know, if they can't line you up with somebody good for your remaining sessions, I would fight for a refund at this point.

You've been thru a rough few weeks, hon, so you are allowed to feel like you are in a bit of a funk. Take care of yourself.

Bummer about that trainer. Your workouts look great and you are really doing great on your own. Funks are a part of life, they suck but you will get through it and be great. You have had a very tough month so just roll with it and move on. Your hair looks great and just be good to yourself, don't beat yourself up. I do that so badly when I am in a funk.

I know, Jane. I am just so completely frustrated with the whole PT thing. I left the gym in tears on Saturday and then sat in my car and freaking bawled. I am sure it was a breakdown of sorts, including many things, but I can't help but feel offended by being blown off by yet another, trainer. He has had my stinking fitness eval papers (that he asked to look at) for 3 stinking weeks! I think it bothers me because I am not being taken seriously.
I have been talking to one of the Directors, because he stopped me and was asking me about my progress and then asked who I was working with. When I told him who I had just set up to work with, he immediately said that he didn't want me working with him, because he wouldn't take me seriously. WTF?!?
O.k, end of rant.

Thanks, Jane. I am going to make yet another phone call to try to get my flipping money back, but they are just being hard to work with.
Anyways, I guess you get to
Do you know how many sessions I have just sitting there? 28!! That is $840 I have spent that is flipping sitting there.

Sorry to hear the new trainer ended up being a jerk. But you have done so well by yourself that you should still see results as good as you've been getting thus far. Your pictures show how well you're doing. Looking great as always girl!

I'd be so ticked off!! Truly. Call and raise hell with them, Ginger. Or, call the Better Business Bureau and raise hell. There has to be something they can do for you because this just isn't right at all.

I would demand to interview every flippin trainer they have and YOU decide who you want, if you even want any of them.

Give me the number. Grrrrrr.....I'll call and pretend I am you.
