Late to the party...but hey chica...you're looking so awesome!!! Can't wait to see next month too...

The kitties are so cute...Bella's a beauty, her siblings look like my Oscar... They're come around again eventually, and be captured eventually!

Thanks, Darlin'! Yes, the will come around again and to be honest, it is probably be best if I can do it in spurts. Taking care of baby Bella is reminding me of how it was to have a newborn in the house. I'm tired. LOL

Thank you, Karen.

Workout from tonight.
Wide grip lat pulldown
70X10, 85X8, 90X6, 90X6
I had to wait for some douchebag who was doing shoulder shrugs in the squat rack. I thought maybe he was doing a superset, because he was nowhere to be seen. Turns out he didn't re-rack his weights. Hence, the douchebag reference.
Squats
65X10, 75X8, 95X6, 95X6
Front Squats
65X8, 65X8, 65X8, 65X8
Lat raises
12.5eX10, 12.5X8, 12.5eX8, 12.5X8
Incline DB flys
12.5eX8, 12.5X8, 12.5eX8
DB Deadlift
40X8, 40X10, 40X8, 40X8
I then hopped on the step mill for 35 minutes and I am now getting ready to do some foam rolling and stretching.
I miss my trainer. There are times when I know I could go heavier on things (especially squats), but I freak myself out. *sigh*

Oh, cool! Off to look in a few.

Alright, I am officially posting from the hospital. My Hubby has a ruptured apendix and is going to be here they think until at least Monday. He has some gross abcess (my words) going on and so they can't do the surgery until they get that under control. So, he is on serious antibiotics and they just took him down to get a drain put in. I feel pretty bad for him, because he is in some serious pain.
So, if I get all posting crazy, it's because I am probably unable to sleep.

Sorry that you're at the hospital. However, at least they know what's wrong and are working to fix it. Hope everything goes well.

Thanks Guy and Gals. He will be fine. It's just been a crazy day, to say the least.

Hope you were able to get some rest last night at the hospital. I'm sure you are exhausted from worry and lack of sleep. Take care of hubby and yourself, and keep us posted.

Thanks, Jane. Yeah, pretty dang tired. I did run home to shower and feed animals and grabbed a coffee from Tim's to help me get through. Of course, I am here all night long and not one doctor came by. I leave for a couple of hours and 3 stopped by to all give him their scenerios. He is still pretty druggy, so I know I am not getting all the info.
One doc told him it could be days or weeks before the do the surgery. The next said they may just "bite the bullet" and go in to see what damage is done. And the other told him they may end up having to take a part of his small intestines and/or colon, because of damage. Oh, and just to make sure Andrew wasn't freaked out enough, he mentioned that worst case scenerio could be a colostomy bag.
I hate this frustration, I really do.

Ginger, I so feel your frustration. I felt exactly the same way when my mom had her stroke last year. Every doctor came in and said something different....our heads were spinning. And, if I wasn't there when the docs came in, I got yet more different stories from my mom or my sister because they didn't pay attention or write anything down. It WAS crazy. Hang tough, Ginger. I hope you can get some REAL answers today.
