I saw it in Vanity Fair a long time ago and just thought I might find it on the web and finally did!

Thanks for sharing that, Jane. Was it when she was training for "Million Dollar Baby", do you know?
Day 1 of the 100 push up plan (finally ) I went with the 6-10 level, because after 10 in a row, my form gets wonky.
Level 1 - 7
Level 2 - 7
Level 3 - 5
Level 4 - 4
Level 5 - 8
Step ups
15eX8e, 15eX8e, 15eX8e
DB 1 pt. row
15eX8e, 15eX8e, 15eX8e
Bulgarian Split Squat
25 lb plateX8e, 25X8e, 25X8e
40 minutes on the eliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill - intervals
I was in my zone for 48:36, which makes me happy and I burnt a crapton of calories.

Glad you joined the push-up plan. I need to get back on it but when Pushup are in my workout for the day, I typically can't keep good form and do it all the sets.

Ginny, I really don't know when that pic was taken. I just remember Vanity Fair running a bunch of very cool pics of celebs and I think they were even displayed somewhere or something...not sure. But, it always stuck with me because it was such a beautiful picture.

Hey Ginger. I love your new avi! You are looking awesome. I'm a big Kings of Leon fan too. I swear...you, me and Jane have similar taste in music, clothes and being all girly.
ETA: Oh, and we are Ginger, Jane and Jill. Which just sounds like a cool gang.

Hey Ginger.... I haven't been around much with school starting soon, but just stopping by to say hi! Sorry about all the mess with your trainer.... I look forward to hearing what you decide. LOL about the music... I've never even heard of most of those people/groups! Might have to check them out!

It is definitely one I wouldn't mind to have hanging up to see on a regular basis. Maybe even on my fridge.

Yes, it does sound cool. Our names just kind of flow. I really like this band. I made my husband listen to these 2 songs and he even liked them, which is a rariety, unless it is an 80's hair band. We definitely need to plan on meeting during the Arnold weekend.

Hi Lori. Hope school is going well for you. I figured that was what you were busy doing.

Thanks, Vickie.
So, I saw a commerical last night for the new "Dancing With The Stars"... and my girly-crush is going to be on there! Misty May is going to be on there. I have never watched this show for more than one episode, but I think I may be adding it to my Tivo list. Weirdo.
The more I think about all this trainer stuff, the more I think I am just fine working on my own. The one bummer is that I saw a chick doing some Oly lifts and it made me realize how much I would like to learn to do all of that and I know my trainer would do that with me, especially now. Of course, the corporate office won't let me out of my sessions, without buying them out and I do plan to do that, but that still leaves me with sessions to use. Just taking it day by day, at this point.
My kiddos start school tomorrow and boy, are they ever ready. LOL They are both sitting around talking about how excited they are. I got Makenna a new Hello Kitty backpack because her Hannah Montana one, wasn't cool. I think she just wanted a new one. Since she is changing schools, she no longer has to wear a uniform, which is a good thing, too.

Beautiful Avi, Ginger!
How old are your kids? You have two girls, right? Don't tell my daughter Hannah Montana isn't cool, shhh....she'll be crushed Too funny
Working out on my own without a trainer has been really good. I just made an appt with him to check my form on some of my lifts, but I like having my own program now. There's pros and cons both ways
