Also, you can kind of check yourself on the bra thing to see if she measured right. The measurement under the girls where your bra strap goes is the number, and then measure across the nipples (or the fullest part!). If the difference is 1 inch then you're an A if it's 2 inches you're a B and so on. So if your strap measurement went down faster than your boobs went down then your cup would go up and vice versa

Thanks, Guys. I know the tan is a little scary. I did just get back from a week at the beach and even though I did wear sunscreen, I obviously got a little on the dark side. My Dad has passed on some indian blood, which means it doesn't take much for me to show some color.
Thank you for all the compliments. I do plan on making those bottoms look better on me. LOL
And Bytsi, you are right - your bikini is the best! LOL I could only wish mine had some bling, like yours!

Well, this weekend is being chalked up to an unplanned refeed. The scale was fine, this morning but man, did I eat.
I am back on today and headed to the gym this evening for a good sweat.
Yesterday was just 20 minutes of cardio and some planks, for good measure.

Hi Carol! Thank you for stopping by.

A workout!
55 minutes (some of the longest of my life) on the step mill. I needed it though and it felt good afterwards. I hadn't done a long marathon session on there, for a bit.
I keep forgetting my 100 push up plan when I go to the gym. So, I am sticking it in my bad tonight.

I am now cooking Natalia's meatloaf to eat for lunches this week. I tweaked it a bit, but it sure smells yummy.

I'm tired. I'd like to hit the gym in the a.m. for some cardio, so I need to get things ready for the morning.

Nice cardio action, Ginger! I think 55 minutes on that machine would kill me! I HAVE got to up my cardio for a few weeks. It's such a struggle for me to do cardio, but I am kicking it into high gear and I know that a little extra LISS or HIIT will help a great deal to blast away this remaining fat. I am so anxious to be DONE with fat loss and maybe even INCREASE my calories (what a foreign concept!) and begin to gain some LBM. I've been either doing my cardio outside or still on the treadmill at the gym. I've never ventured onto any of the other machines, but maybe I should give it a go. They just seem really brutal!

How was that meatloaf. I remember seeing the recipe and thinking it sounded so good.

The stairs do suck and they are in the hottest corner of the gym, but I swear, they work and in some odd way, they keep me motivated. I started out with like 10 minutes and just kept increasing my time on it. I think it is my competitive side. I am apparently known as the crazy blonde on the stairs. I guess it could be worse and I could be the crazy blonde at the buffet, LOL. I say you give it a go!

Oh. my. the meatloaf was so good. I had to use a different pizza sauce, but it was a BIG hit here. I have a feeling the cheese and bacon doesn't follow into how I have been eating lately, but I just couldn't do chicken this week. I need a chicken break. I'm just watching my other meals and I think I'll be o.k. There is definitely a crapton of protein in it!
