156.6!!!!! Holy cow, Ginger!!! That's awesome!

OK, for me, I get on the scale and see what it says. Then, I do a little jump on it and see what it says. And again. And again. And maybe again. Just to make sure.

Congrats on getting into the 150's in style. I'm guessing you're starting to think about the 140's now.

Does anyone think they weight more, straight out of the shower? Wet hair has to count for something, right?
I would NEVER weigh with wet hair -- that water has to weigh 4 or 5#'s, right?

Oh, AT LEAST! And if you're hair is long, you're good for like 10#, right?

Bob does not believe that the placement of the scale matters. But I say it does. I always move it to the right square.

Thanks, Jane. I love that we all have our routines with the scale. At least we all get each other's weirdness.

Well, no workout for me last night. It wasn't a planned night off, but my Hamstrings, Glutes and Quads are a flipping mess after that workout on Wednesday. I was pretty much a slug last night, minus some errands. But, I am o.k. with that decision. Will go do some cardio tonight and start the push up plan, too.
The scale went up to 157.7 this morning, but I am not fretting. With no workouts, bot much NEAT - it was expected. The plus side of all of that is that I am very well rested on this Friday and it feels good.
I am stressing about my challenge goals. I thought I had to have the ones for the open challenge, in by last night so I hurriedly put them together and now I don't like the way I did it. May need to tweak and do a better job.

Oh, and I did find some new shoes. I love them and they feel like heaven.

I picked up a bikini at Dick's to wear for the challenge pictures and I don't like it, but I don't think I have a choice.

They are Asics. My favorite.

I agree with you, the selections were less than optimal. I did only pay like $6 for the top and $6 for the bottoms. The bottoms are size 8, because the next jump up was a 12 and they just look funky and definitely encourage a muffin top thing. Oh well. Maybe it will keep me going on this fat loss, to know I have to put it on again. LOL Oh, and the top is a size 10 and is BIG on me, but I think that is because I am starting to see some boobage loss going on. All my bras are now fitting me very poorly. Can have it all, I guess.
