Yeah, I was really restrictive with my sodium intake until I read the FLTS. I know I'm not dehydrated today, but I think it may have taken the weekend to get back in the groove, after being outside all days for days and then restricting my water, so that we wouldn't have to stop every 45 minutes on the way home.

Thanks, Bytsi.

O.k., he had his appointment today and the doctor seems to think it isn't real serious. All of his major vitals were good and there were no flags raised during the appointment. He is going in early Saturday morning to have some blood drawn. The lab is only open until 10 a.m. and with him working nights, that isn't going to happen. So, your thoughts and prayers, definitely helped. Thanks so much. I think we'll know more after the get those blood tests done, but you know how you always think the worst and me spending time on Web MD, was not helping.

Off to the gym, but I wanted to post an update for my Peeps. Thanks again so much for keeping him in your thoughts. He is young (36), but could take a little better care of himself and I think this may push him to start focusing on that a little more, without it coming from me.

This should have read, he isn't going to be able to make it there to the lab - during the week. I just reread that and it looked odd.

Tonight's workout. I thought I had a session with my trainer, but apparently when I signed up in his book last night, I signed up for last Tuesday. Duh. So, I am going back in tomorrow to do legs and then some core work.
I just did a couple of weight things, because I have been abnormally hungry today and don't want to find myself in the middle of a binge.
Chest pulls
70X12, 70X12, 75X10, 75X10
Wide grip lat pull downs
70X12, 70X10, 75X10, 75X8
Tricep push downs
30X12, 30X12, 30X12
Push ups
BWX10, BWx8, BWx10

Climbed on the eliptical for 30 minutes and was going to leave, but ran into a friend and jumped on the ARC trainer for 15 minutes.

Food is good, I need to eat something and have a list of some chores to do - must. log. off.

Glad you got some good news today Ginger... and yes, that did read a little funny the first time I read it, before I saw your update LOL. Hope all goes well with the bloodwork.

Great workout today, too!

I'm so glad that things went well ... I'll continue to pray for good bloodwork results ... AND for him to start to get his act in gear.

I am in a similar boat. My hubby badly needs to start exercising and eating right (lets not talk about his nightly cookie habit!! ) but I am sick of making suggestions. Let's hope they both see the light ...

Me 3! My dh has a very physical job and keeps insisting that "he exercises at work" but he really needs to get himself motivated to do more than that. As for his eating habits... let's just say that they could use some work LOL!
