LOL about the shake. That sucks, but always funny in hindsight!
It sounds like everything is going your way, which is awesome. I think you're going to see killer results for all this work!

LOL about the shake.... but better that than puke, I'd definitely agree! I love that the manager yelled at the trainer to get a mop!

Hi Lori! Thank you! Good luck with FLTS, it is good stuff.
I thought it was funny, too. Especially since they were trying to embarrass me even more than I already was.

Thanks, Stephanie. I didn't think there would be as big of a change in the June/July as there was.
Sweet corn on the cob, am I sore! Did not go to the gym this morning, for this very reason. I do plan on getting there tonight to try to loosen these legs and glutes up, a bit.
Have my food all planned out for today, need to go plug it into SP and see where I will be.

Ah Ginger... you have been learning from me, queen of uncoordination! Yesterday I tripped UP the stairs at work ... LOL about the spilled shake... sounds like something straight out of my playbook! I never wear white shirts, btw... unless I want everyone to see exactly what I had for lunch

LOL! Glad to know I am not alone. I having been working on perfecting the art of clumsiness, for a very long time.
Went to the park with the kids and did some various stuff, with my sore, sore legs. Walked 2 miles and did some long stretches, some push ups and some stairs.
It was so hot outside we went to the gym and I tried to get in some cardio. Has a combo of ADD/soreness going on, so it went a little something like this......
8 minutes step mill
10 minutes on the ARC trainer
12 minutes on the eliptical
I then hobbled down the stairs and got out of there.

Oh, you're most definitely not alone in this! Like Bytsi, I have a penchant for falling UP stairs, and I usually have bruises in more places than I can count from running into various things LOL!
LOVE the ADD comment about the gym too... there are days when I just can't make up my mind WHAT I want to do!

I don't randomly trip, however, I can be dangerous with a sharp object. Still have a scar from one job. The silly thing was that after the blood stopped it was decided that I shouldn't do that specific task again... so someone handed me a very sharp box knife and let me unpack the components I'd just cut myself on. To be fair, I could use gloves for that job. I've worked in a couple of different manufacturing plants and decided that if there's a burr on a metal part - I will be the one to find it. I always think it's a good thing that I heal fast.
I do still get the random bruises that I'm never quite sure what I did to get them though...

Thank you! I am excited for the next challenge, too. There are some ladies who weren't around when we started up the last one and I have a feeling, some awesome results will be made and we can have each other to cheer on, give advice to, etc. Can't wait. I know that having the othre Ladies here, helped me soooooo much.

Just popping in to say hi! I've been lurking for a bit but haven't made a whole bunch of posts lately. I'm on a lazy streak that I need to stop immediately, lol. Question for you though: How much did the FLTS cost? I keep hearing lots of good things about it, and have thought about getting it, but I don't have a huge amount to lose and I have very little moolah right now. Do you think I would benefit from it? I have a feeling the bf might tell me I'm crazy if I order it, but this darn butt/thigh fat just doesn't want to go anywhere! lol.
As always I'm consistently impressed with your workouts and your determination. You're a definite inspiration :-)

I got the package of both the FLTS, Metabolic Repair and OPT (training program) for 59.97, but you can get just the FLTS for 39.97. It is a good plan if you want to lose any fat. It makes sense and the way she lays it out, makes it super easy to follow. So, if you do want to lose some poundage, I would say go for it.
Thanks for the compliments, my dear! I am just thrilled that you will "officially" be in the next challenge.
