I believe tracking and weighing every stinking bite of anything that hits my lips is helping, so much. The Fat Loss Troubleshoot helped me see the light, LOL.
Here is what my intake has looked like this week. My ultimate goal is to hit between 1300-1400 calories per day. I am not extremely consistent with my macros, but I am also not tracking that a whole lot. I am just eating good stuff and trying to get my intake of carbs earlier in the day. I am also not overly concerned about hitting the 165 of the protein, because I am not lifting during this 2 week test. Ignore the 14th, I had a couple of vodka tonics that pushed me over.

Holy Guacamole!!! Outstanding!!! I am so thrilled to read this knowing how much of an effort you have been putting into getting your food on track. I can't wait to see your tiny ass!

Ginger that is awesome! I think your protein is looking really good, especially with those low calories. I am supposed to get 100 g minimum and some days I struggle with that and have to keep changing stuff in fitday to get it right.
You are almost 10 lbs down from your starting weight in Jan!

Wow Ginger - I'm impressed - especially at the protein! I really struggle to get that much in when I am at low cals...

Thanks, Ladies.
Need to log this morning's cardio. Had a very crappy weekend. Food was waaay off. Sunday and yesterday, I couldn't keep anything down, so I was weak and just a mess. I wasn't feeling 100% Saturday, but proceeded to drink that night and apparently, I should have listened to my body and I didn't. So I have been paying dearly for it, since. The only good thing is that I didn't gain anything.
This morning I got to the gym and did 20 minutes on the step mill and 10 minutes on the eliptical and I didn't toss my cookies.
I plan on getting back in there tonight.

Thanks, MJ. I hope there are some evident changes by then. Better late than never.

Thanks Miss Kara!
Thank goodness I am feeling somewhat human now. Must have been the well wishes. I have been drinking some crazy water, because I was desperately dehydrated and I think I am on the road to normalcy.
I feel better after getting back into the gym this evening. I didn't get too crazy, just some SS cardio to get some calorie burning going on.
Tuesday, p.m. workout
32 minutes on the step mill / 10 minutes on the AMT and 15 minutes of some static stretching, which felt wonderful.
Lori took me to her crazy stairs on Saturday morning and while we didn't do her normal number of laps, my calves were also in some sorry shape the past couple of days and my knee was a tad tweaky. All feels better after some long stretches.
My plan is to have a shake before bed to help me come in at my calorie range and get a good nights sleep. We'll see if all the stars line up for that to happen.

Wishing you a restful night tonight and hope you feel better.
Congratulations on the great progress you've made so far. It's very encouraging to me to see you (and others) doing so well with Leigh's programs and books.
