Ginny, this is great news!!! Is this gym closer/farther than your current gym? You have nothing to lose. Maybe you'll just click better and the adjustment would be worth it. Keep us updated!

Hey there, Girlie!
It is actually farther, but we discussed just meeting with someone once a week to switch some things up. The plus is that I wouldn't have to deal with switching trainers in my gym and having all the anxiety to go along with that.

I absolutely love when opportunities seem to just present themselves right when needed. I am so excited for you.

You are looking really, really strong, Ginger, and your midsection is showing some big changes. Nice work!
Congrats on the new opportunity with your old trainer; I hope it all works out for you.

Ginger - I think it'd be GREAT to go with the new trainer - if the one you really liked recommended him/her, then I bet it'd be a much better match for you. Nothing to lose in trying, right?

Glad to hear you got to talk with someone whose opinion you trust. I'd love for you to get a trainer who listens and will tailor a program for what you'd really like to achieve.

I think so, too. I plan on calling him after my 2 week break from the weights.

Thanks, Kara. I hope so, too.
Sunday was a day off, but I got some nice exercise in swimming with the kiddos. It was a gorgeous day, so we went to the pool.
Food is still on and I did well through the weekend. Yay! Hubby told me he can see some changes just in the past month, so that made me happy. He is not to loose with compliments like that, so when he does say something I feel pretty positive.

Thank you so much.
Did some cardio tonight. I got a late start to the gym, because I was watching the U.S. Open. Go Tiger!
45 minutes on the step mill/39 of those were in the zone. I then did some hanging abs. 3 sets 15
Food is looking good today.

Thanks, Susan. I guess it's all about finding what works for each of us and tweaking it. Who knows?!?
Tuesday a.m. June 17th
34 minutes on the step mill - 30:50 in my zone
I got some chicken cooked up last night. Still sticking with the food and being compliant. It is getting easier. Yippee!
