She is 6 and you would have thought she had been tossed from the bike by the way she was acting, LOL. So we both looked pretty funny walking the bike back to the Jeep.

I'm gonna go with a good 5 days. Last night I was able to buy and watch my children eat those Drumsticks icecream bars and not have one thought of tackling them and grabbing the goods and this is an improvement. LOL

Exactly, look at you. You are the reason I am doing this. Well, you and that bikini of yours and how you look in it.

I am cracking up at your daughter ! I have a drama queen, too, and her teacher last year told me that she has the most personality of any of the kids she's taught in 30 years--I sometimes wasn't sure if that was good or bad .
Anyway, I love your workouts, especially the ones that don't look that hard when you type them out.
Five days of cravings . . . I'm really gonna have to consider if I can do that. At five days, I'm afraid I'd eat the drumsticks and the box they came in !

I am glad I am not the only one with a drama girl. She does make life more interesting, but sometimes it is really hard not to laugh at her.
Yesterday was back day. My thighs were still pretty sore and I was nervous about that, but once I got all warmed up then I was good to go.
WU
Wide grip lat pulldowns
60X10, 70X10, 70X10
Seated Rows
60X10, 70X10, 70X10
Deadlifts
135X10, 175X10, 175X10, 175X10
Seated Good mornings
115X10, 115X10, 115X10
Seated Rows
70X10, 70X10, 70X10
Lat pulldowns (again)
70X10, 70X10,70X10, 70X10
I took yesterday off from cardio. Did none in the morning and took last night off from the gym.
This morning (Friday) I did 20 minutes on the step mill.

I'm here! I'm here!
I took Fri-Mon off. It wasn’t completely planned but it felt right, so I went with it, LOL.
I got up bright and early Tuesday morning for my PT appointment only to get there and realize that I had no more appointments in his book, so that was kind of a bummer. I checked and he had a ffice:smarttags" />Then I went back in for legs.
WU – BW squats/Extensions
Box Squats
95X10, 95X10, 95X10
Regular Squats
95X10, 95X10, 95X10
Jump Squats (10 with a 25lb plate, 10 w/BW)
25X10, BWxX10, 25X10, BWX10, 25X10, BWX10
Hack Squats
150X10, 150X15, 150X20 (the last 10 of the last set of these were f-u-g-l-y!)
Jump lunges (these suck and I am blaming them for my very sore thighs, LOL)
BWx10e, BWx10e, BWX10e
Instead of my usual baggy t-shirt and shorts, I wore a new Nike tank and shorts to work out in. I have to say that I was seeing some new muscles poking while I was working out and it was a pretty cool feeling. I can *almost* understand why some people spend so much time staring at themselves in the mirror. LOL
Afterwards, I played some basketball with my son for about a half an hour. I teetered with the idea of running sprints, but let it go.
This morning I went and did the stepper for 30 minutes. It helped get things loose.
Things have been busy and I am sorry I haven’t been able to post as much as I was. I will be. My class will be done after this weekend and I see some time opening up. I just find my evenings busier with the gym and then getting outside for a bit.
My eating is good, but the TNT was killing me. So, I am no longer doing it, I am a loser I know.
I have an appointment for a re-check on the BF and I am also doing the RMR testing and the VO2 that I mentioned here before. I ended up canceling my other appointment because I want to get them done at the same time, with the same place. I will be anxious to see the change in my body fat, it has to be lower – it just has to be.

Hi Ginger!
I'm curious-- this looks like a lot of work. Is this prescribed by your trainer? Why not do chin ups instead of another round of lat pulls? Or 1-arm rows instead of another round of seated rows? You've done 7 sets of 10 reps-- holy cow!?!
(really-- not judging; just curious!)

You're not a loser! Well not the way you mean, losing inches yes.
All diets work, but finding the one you can stand to stick to is the hard part.
