I decided to switch things up a little today -
10 squat thrusts
10 mountain climbers -(e)
10 BW Squats
10 pushups (knee)
I did this circuit for 15 min - totaled 5 circuits of the above.
Wow I was sweating - I got a black iced coffee on my way back to work - mmmm

Todays Workouttook an extra rest day before FatLoss II
Semi Day off
walked on treadmill steady state 25 min. (fast walk)
Okay sorry, I need to rant. This guy PT that works out of my gym seems to have an issue with me and my "posse"... so what? I have got all these people from my work who go to the gym who are doing some form of the programs I am doing or have been doing. The dude is a jerk its like he's mad because no one wants his help. The PT's are an additional cost at the gym and he keeps asking everyone where are you getting your workouts, like there is no such thing as books and the internet. One person told them it was me and my husband (they never see Tony he works out at home), guess this set him off.
He helps out occasionally if someone’s form is off but with a TOTAL attitude. I mean isn’t that what you work at a gym for?? But he is so mean and looks at me with such contempt (he never talks to me - just stares me down.) I don’t back down I stare right back. I’m ranting today because today he sped walked across the gym to walk in front of me all exasperated, put his hand up and said excuse me... like he was someone important I had to stop for... a-hole!
If by some twist of fate he ever finds this log - the reason you have no clients is because your so unapproachable and you only talk to skinny young chicks with big tits...(btw your interrupting their workouts!) no one who is going to trust you or take you serious no matter how many shrugs and curls you do.

Russian Upper Body Twist 3 x 12 @ 9lb Med ball
Nice! I worked through this numb thinking (aka dreading) about workout B of this workout...
I can raise some weights here and there -but overall a good workout. Must have done something right with my high carb lunch b/c I feel good - we'll see after I raise the weights next time. Im already nausous just anticipating B cripes!!!

WGDL 3 x 12 @ 90
T Push Ups 3 x 12 on bench 45*
BSS w/overhead press 3 x 12 @ 5/e
Underhand Pulldown 3 x 12 @ 80
RDL w/Bent over row 3 x 12 @ 40 (I was shocked by the lack of weight but I was dying by this point)
Lower body russian twist 3 x 12 @ bw (seriously I could barely get up off the floor for the super sets.)
I wanted to crawl to the locker room - no joke. If I thought I had sweat before boy was I wrong today tops it all. Oddly I feel great right now - I am almost afraid to go to sleep only to find my body unwilling to function in the morning. I will let you know.

Wow these are very cool workouts. I am having fun following them with you. I start my FL program next month and am excited for it.
I wouldn't bother to even look at that trainer at your gym. He is obviously a total loser.

Okay, normally the second time through a workout I feel stronger like yeah I can do this better than before. Well NOT on this workout - my god I was sweating something feirce and I was pacing around the gym out of breath and not caring who saw me in this state. Just retyping the experience makes me want to lay down on my bed with the cool breeze blowing through the window... ahhh oopps three kids calling gotta run! No time to slow down.

My PWO shake is getting me through, I use 1/2 scoop of vanilla protien to a pack of crystal light Energy (strawberry) in my shaker cup - its awesome!
