Wow you're really doing a great job on improvements as you progress. This is very nice work. I have had more than one day whereby I felt as if I had been hit by a truck the next day.

Workout A
Squat 3 x 10 65# **
Seated row 3x10 @70#
Push ups 3 x 10
Step Ups 3 x 10 @ 10/e - dropped weight for form control
Jack Knives 3 x 10
** tried the olympic bar with 10# my form went to hell and someone came over and was telling me how to correct it. I am easily shaken but it was good information and I will try to correct it. So i dont feel super confident now but I still feel pretty good. And talking to him was nice because midway through my step ups I paused and he walked by and said come on you can do it Heather!

Todays Workout
Workout B
Deadlifts 3 x 10 @ 70#
Shoulder Press 3 x 10 @20/e
Lat Pull Down 3 x 10 @ 70#
Lunges 3 x 10 @ 15/e
Swiss Ball crunch 3 x 10 @ 25#

I am feeling dread over my next workout, during this workout today I was thinking, man I can't do this I'm not going to be able to do it again. I need to find a way to keep it together, I don't know where this sudden feeling of doubt has come from...

Heather, you're doing great - you've come too far to just walk away from it. Keep fighting the good fight.

Thank you! I dont like to do back to back workouts but my schedule forced me to. I felt good after I completed the workout - my body is just really sore.
My husband ( jugglecat) helped me with my squat form last night and I read some tips in "Starting Strength". So I have to say I was kind of excited to get to the gym and power through the workout.
I can't say for sure what happened at the gym yesterday that made me so unsure of myself. moment of weakness thank goodness there was no unhealthy food around!!

Well, I am glad to read that you pushed past that feeling! I have felt that way too, but am too darn stubborn to give up.
Great workout, keep it up!

Saturday's Workout
HIIT
Bike Intervals (at home)
25 min - levels 1 and 3
Either my bikes difficulty is alot different then the ones at the gym or the bikes at the gym are overused, I normally do 1 and 9 at the gym - my bike at home is as C52R by Sports Art and I was struggling to keep my RPM's above 100 at level 3 for my minute.
I finished up this workout by doing some Jack Knives 5 - practicing my form (pike) and then I even did a REAL BOY pushup!!!!! I suprized myself that I could do one. Huh...

Great job pushing through the panic feeling. It still happens to me sometimes. It's just mind tricks. You are doing great!
Once, I got on a bike and it was soooo....hard. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. Then, I realized that the weight was set for a much heavier person, and that made the tension way high. I don't know if your home bike works like that, but it would explain some stuff.
