Today's Workout
Squats 3 x 10 @ 105
Incline DB Press 3 x 10 @ 25/e
Oly Push Press 3 x 10 @ 55#
Planks :45, :45, :45

This workout made me so weak today. I was shaking and so weak not alot a sweat but I know I was working hard.

Today's Workout
Bike - 35 min - Hills...ouch
I was sore already and supposed to do active recovery oops! It was a rough workout - took all my energy. Not even coffee could help me recover!
Salad, movie and couch! OH MY!

Today's Workout
Jump Squats 3 x 5 @ 12#/e
Single Leg RDL w/DB 3 x 10 @ 20#/e
Bent Over Row 1 x 10 @ 80#, 2 x 10 @ 75#,
Single Arm Pull Down 1 x 10 @ 30#, 2x 10 @ 35#
Dynamic Planks 1:00, 1:00, 1:00 !!all 1 min!! my arms are still mad at me.

ZOINKS! Rough one, my motivation was lacking, I just powered through, especially on the one handed pull downs - all I kept thinking is I hate Monday workouts. (not really - I was just whining to myself) Yesterday on my "off" day I week wacked our yard and moved stuff around the yard. I suprised myself at my strength, stuff I normally beg Tony to move I just did it.

Todays Workout
Burpees x 20sec
Dumb Bell swings x20sec @25#
Split jumps x 20sec
Dumb Bell swings x 20 sec @25#
Burpees x 20sec

I did this 5 times.

WHAT.... WAS.... I .... Thinking??????? I could barely stand up lol my abs are killing me... cripes, this was an "off" day???? Well a gpp workout, think i missed the target. All in all a good ass kicking workout!

What am I doing to myself,...LOL
Jump Squats 3 x 5
Step UPs 3 x 10 @25#/e
Alt DB Press 3 x 10 @ 25#/e
Push Ups 3 x 10
Side Planks 3 x 30sec/each side

Holy crap! Hard work out pushed it because I was at home in my own gym - yeay!. My shoulders are DYING! My arms are now begining to shake!

upon further review of my log... I have found that my step ups and alt db push presses were at 15# not 20 so I increased the weight by 10# each arm - on both exercises. CRIPES!!
