Dang, am I too late for the bunnies? Or cats? How about both in one pic?

RL That is hilarious

SCHWWWWEEEEET!
Here's where I finish out today!
Calories for the day 1559
Carbs 165
Fat 68
Protein 83

All in all I feel pretty damn successful today. I made good choices, I had good eats, I "cheated" without going over my calories for the day. I mentally feel better than I did this morning about eating. I still have to get my exercise in since I spent the evening grilling and cooking, but it's okay I'll get it done!

And most importantly, I get to have some chocolate cake!

I've officially run out of steam without getting my training done. I've decided to go to bed and get up early and get to the office. I want to be out of there by 1:30. I'll stop here at the apartment and get my stuff and then I'm heading for the beach. My Plan for the weekend is to shuttle between here and Galveston and play in the water. It'll be a mini vacation since I am taking monday off too. I just need some down time.

Y'all probably won't see much of me this weekend. My plan other than turning in pictures on Sunday is to keep the computer in the off position.

Up a little this morning. I think that's from the carbs I had yesterday tho. Got a decent amount of sleep last night. Looking forward to some relaxing time this weekend.

All in all, pretty happy with today over all.

Work is a zoo and I am tired though. I think tonight is going to be another early night.
DAMN I am craving JD's.... none in Cali, unfortunately.

Hope your weekend is better, Paula.

I will. I've decided that I won't be back on until next Monday late. My Brain is devoid of anything useful at this point and I've already let Leigh Know that I'm taking a mini-Vakay.

I'm just downloading pictures now so I can clear off the cards for the weekend.

I haven't officially decided everything I'm going to do.

I am back!!!

the weekend was fab. I spent Saturday and today at the beach. Today was absolutely gorgeous in Galveston. Nice breeze, Sun, and Not much humidity at all. Saturday was spent splashing around and visiting with my friend Lisa who lives near the beach. I parked my car at her place and walked down to the beach and spent a few hours. Then went back to her place and cleaned up. We went to Giado's for dinner. It was absolutely fabulous. They had a Crab Cheesecake with Mushroom sauce and pecan crust that was to die for. Then for dessert Lisa and I split a piece of pecan pie and some ice cream. We went back to the beach after dinner and played around for a couple hours then it was time to head back to Bob's. I think I had some Museli when I got back to Bob's that night and then I was in bed and sound asleep by 11.

Yesterday was pretty lazy. The plan was to go back to Galveston and play some more, but I was really tired so I just hung out at Bob's all day. We read and did Soduko and we went to his Mom's house for dinner. It was suposed to be ribs but she forgot to turn on the oven so we ended up with Whataburger. My scale died on Friday so I went looking for a replacement. What cost me $30 bucks is now $60. GRRRRRRRRRR. I want to look online to see if I can find it cheaper. I really want the scale I had because it was easy to carry with me to Bob's.

Today was pretty good. I checked out a lot of different beaches and flew my kites at one. I had to get my stunt kite fixed tho and the gal at the Kite shop said that there was some weirdness with the bridle on the kite, but I got the part I needed for the kite and got some tips on how to fly it. I spent most of today either floating or doing my new favorite exercise - Wavehopping - which is basically making sure I hop as a wave approachs so my head stays above water. I was definitely in the water more today than I was Saturday.

I gathered a lot of shells over the weekend and have some cool plans for those.
Also took some decent pictures which I will post later.

It was exactly what I needed and I've decided that for the next little while at least, I'm unplugging my computer in the evenings and on the weekends. I don't need to be sitting in front of a machine when there are so many more interesting things going on outside my door.

this is what I sent Leigh

Weight 245.6
Measurements - http://spreadsheets.google.com/ pub?key=p-Ydzm01Q_Vk_hiVLao1TFg I think I must have measured differently on the boobs and the thighs last week cus those are the only numbers that went up.
Food Logs - I haven't updated those yet and they probably won't get done until tomorrow sometime.
Pictures - Not done because my swimsuit bottoms are damp from being in the ocean. They'll get done tomorrow.
Week overall - basically had planned this past week so I got all the aerobic activity out of the way during the week with rest days on the weekend. While this seemed like a good idea at the time, overall it didn't work very well. I wasn't counting on eating my shorts this week at work and by the end of the week I was pretty exhausted. Thursday and Friday I ended up going to bed without exercising. I probably made up for it tho with Saturday's activity (I was in the water and walking around a lot on Saturday). Yesterday I was pretty tired and just laid around.

Interestingly enough, the glute stretch I couldn't do on land, I could do the water, I tried that on Saturday and it felt pretty good.

Diet was pretty good until this weekend. There are going to be some foods that I am just going to have to guess the calorie counts for because I don't know what they are (but I have to say they were fabulous!). I also was over calories all 3
