Today was the first time in a really long time that I felt like I was comfy in my clothes. I put on a shirt this morning and noticed the sleeves were look. I noticed that my skirt fit better this morning too. And tonight when I put on my shorts to go walking I noticed they fit a lot better too.
Good things I think.
Other good things that happened today.
Despite yesterday's blip in intake. I'm back on track today and met my goal of 1 hour of cardio and slightly less intake than I needed. I also did my foam rolling and stretching this evening - Althought i realized a bit ago I forgot the quad stretches this evening in my routine. But overall I did a better job of remembering what I needed to do.
I got a really nice compliment from the Team Lead on the StreamLine Project. He told me how pleased he was that I picked up the ball and just kind of ran with some aspects of the project in terms of how customer support should happen/ He's also very pleased that I've managed to close most of the tickets and resolved them quickly.

Wow, I've missed a lot in here. First, I thought I had come in here to thank you for your input and help with my food issues. I guess I didn't, because it isn't here. So, thank you.
Secondly, LOOK AT YOU! You have made some major changes, my Lady! I can't stop grinning. Good job. You are very inspirational to me and I am in need of that right now.
Rock on!

BTW Paula.. you're slacking in the pix department
I'm often reading people's journals off line as this is faster but always check into your log to see the actual pix.. have you been too crazy busy to make them or just upload to your pix blog (oops need to check those first).

She posted pics on page 41. They are awesome!
Way to go Paula on getting back on track. So often people just give up because of a little slip up. It isn't the one or two things we do that make or break us but the consistency of the rest of the program.
Also good job at the job. Be careful or you'll go and get promoted. LOL!

Espi: Progress Pictures are here
I need to get caught up on the pix blog. The travelling kind of threw that out of whack for the last month and half. I'm going to work on that this weekend I think along with other things.

Yeah I was thinking about that this morning as I was getting ready for work. It's not about giving up. It's about keeping going even when you aren't sure when you are going to get back up on the diet horse. You have to keep trying to make good/better choices and not give up on yourself.
Actually, I'm not even really sure where I could be promoted to. Although by the time I get done rewriting all these manuals and getting the sharepoint sites up and running, I'll probably know more about what my department does than anyone.

No, I didn't mean your progress pix as I saw them and also said that many a pear (shaped woman) would be envious for your great legs when you're going to lose yet a bit more weight.
But I was missing your daily pix .. I'd started to look forwards to them

Looking forwards to them.. hmm reminds me I'm glad to already have done my order w the US company I get my supplements from. Last time the order got delayed by 1 day because of some other national celebration day.
You aren't a MS wizzkid by any chance? I don't understand why my Outlook Agenda 2003 no longer displays the national celebration days. I had selected both the Dutch & the US days and yet didn't see anything. Actually selected them several times.. no go. When I went back to 2007 I saw them multiple times.. seems like they have only done them from 2003 thru 2007 (5 consecutive yrs) but no longer support 2008 onwards.

Don't you have to install them? The holidays I mean... I could've sworn you had to do so with Outlook...

You're right Espi. They don't have them done for 2008. I turned on the holidays option in Outlook and they didn't go past 2007. I'm assuming because microsloth thinks everyone needs to upgrade their word again.

At one point i had even installed them 5 times.. you can imagine how shocked I was when scrolling back to 2007 and seeing every single holiday turn up 5 times LOLOL!
No , I'd not thought it'd be such a PITA to not have them as I'm extremely dependent on my Outlook Agenda to get things done and.. am not religious at all PLUS have my own business at home, so would forget all about the holidays ...
Memorial (Mon)Day it was! Now I remember.. BTW I actually have Vista as an OS , but still use the old programs as they work just fine on it.

you're saying you've installed the 2008-2012 holidays from the site and still don't get the 2008 holidays?
