Yes, entitlement is a big one for me - "I work out hard so I should be able to have this..." Well, guess what... I can't... *sigh*

Well the big project I've been working on has rolled into production. All I can say is that Life has been very busy this afternoon.

Note to self
Walk 47:37 In Zone 27:56Average HR 118 Max HR 142.
Walk at Lunch was done while I went to get Tuna However I wasn't in the zone long enough it looks like. Not Hungry today. I did a good job of upping my food volume. I'm going to go ahead and do the 1350 again tomorrow and do a walk when I get home in the afternoon - If its not raining.

Amen! I was at a conference this morning and saw a guy in his 20's who was really fit and muscular, walking around eating from a plate loaded with eggs, toast and hasbrowns. I guess for him, he works out hard so he can have that. (And, he's young.)
The problem for me (and many of us, I suppose), is that I "had this and that" for about 30 years but didn't work out hard. I only worked out hard-ly....

Okay I've done enough tonight. I've got everything planned out for tomorrows menu except for Dinner and I have about 450 calories for that. So I will figure out what I want for dinner tomorrow.
Meals for tomorrow
M1 Egg white with Canadian Bacon, onion and Mushrooms
M2 Yogurt with Pineapple
M3 Flatout Wrap with Tuna Salad
M4 Yogurt with Blueberries

LOL at the tickle fight. A burnt calorie is a burnt calorie.
Looks great in here, Paula. Do you have a Polar HRM?

Yeah I got the F4 since all I do is walk or swim. It doesn't have all the fancy stuff on it, but I couldn't justify the $150 for the fancier model.

Are you happiest with 5 meals/day? This was actually what made me fail in the past... 3 meals seem to be my optimum with a huge gap in between breakfast and lunch (more like early dinner).
But you're quite active in daytime so perhaps that wouldn't work well for you.

Espi:
For me it works. I was doing 6 meals a day during the week, I got to the point where I felt like I was dealing with food all the damn time. I'd no sooner finish my last meal then I'd have to sit down and set up my menu for the next day and do food prep. 5 meals gives me the balance I need. And on the weekend it tends to be 3-4 meals and a snack. My weekends are less structured than my work week is so I tend to eat fewer meals than during the week.

Yeah the shirt went into the garbage.
and now that it's stopped raining. I think I'm going to tuck some cash in my pocket and then head off to the farmers market down the street and maybe over to Half Price books.

Well the walk was good. Went to Half Price books where I picked up Charlie Wilson's War and a stretch deck. I stopped on the way back home at Baskin Robbins had a Berries and Bananas scoop and a sugar cone. I also stopped and got some iced tea at the local organic coffee shop too. It was Ginger Tangerine and very peppery from the Ginger. I ended up crashing when I got home and just woke up. I'm going to head over to bob's here in a bit and have dinner with him and then maybe watch a movie and have some popcorn.
