I could definitely be up for a tri retreat! Last night, I made plans with a friend who teaches at the middle school to do the Danskin tri at Disney. The more the merrier, if you want to join us.

thanks everyone!!

tom, thanks for encouraging me to keep going. I am starting to get comments from people at work that I shouldn't lose any more weight, lol!!! my body fat yesterday per calipers was 26.9%. getting healthy, yes. too thin. ummm. no.

I notice the comments are more frequent when I wear baggier clothing. I had some size 8 talbot's on yesterday that were more fitted, and no one says anything. I guess I need to go to the designer consignment again and find some more pants.

Wow! you have made some great progress! I hear you on people telling you don't need to lose anymore weight. I am starting to have the same thing happen, and my body fat according to my very inaccurate tantia is 34%, so I'd say I have quite a way to go. Clothes can really hide things. But anyways, great progress you look strong and lean!

Wow great progress pics Wendy! You go girl and don't listen to all those folks. I too was told over and again the whole time I lost weight from passer-bys that I did not have anything to lose. Now when your very closest friends sit you down and say they are concerned because you look sickly thin, well... That is when you should consider stopping...
