happily walking along the river today, I have ratcheted down the cardio considerably while I do this deficit. so far so good! the first two weeks of fluid loss are over, major changes happening--am very happy with my progress. and I feel great!

I've never had it ... I'm a relatively fussy eater, and don't like a lot of different things mixed together (unless I'm cooking it and do the mixing).

Bob's Mom makes delish okra. She sautes it with onion and adds some cornmeal to it. Once we get past all this hurricane stuff, I'll have to have her show me how to make it.

will post baby shower vids soon, tom, lol. and some more bench press. trying to work myself up to 30 reps of 60% of my body weight. eek.

christine, I will NOT be in make up tomorrow. will be au naturel as in my video challenge thread.

paula, that sounds yummy. I could leave the okra whole, dip in egg wash and then seasoned cornmeal and convection bake. fried okra!
