Fantastic news about your new business.
However, you'll be sorely missed on the forum!

real world example of the benefits of NROLW:

wow. major adventure for us today!! after fueling with the best slow roasted venison ever, we impulsively decided to kayak. ed and I neglected to check the stump so we could determine the water level, and we ended up walking the kayaks for a bit in the muck!!! I haven't been out in so long, and was AMAZED at my strength and speed on the water. and I can lift the entire kayak under my arm and carry--I have never done that before. strength training rules, I am completely committed to it for life. whatever other sports I may do over my lifetime, weights will remain the base. unreal. my husband was amazed.

Well done - nice to see real world benefits from the training you do.

I miss everyone too, but I am working so much and will have so many cool things to post in about 6 months.

here's some food porn--recipe will follow since this is just an idea right now, I make it all up as I go...

plan to make mango ginger sea bass with island rice (brown rice, lime juice, pineapple juice, raw cocoanut flakes (I will toast), cilantro, chopped red peppers, fresh mango and probably a bit of habanero pepper.) think I am going to also toast some black and white sesame seeds mixed together and put that on the sea bass before I pan fry in olive oil.

will report on how it all turns out.
