Ditto that!

You're scaring me with the Stage 3 talk. Man, I'm not even gonna look at Stage 3 until I've finished the last Stage 2 workout. Yikes.

thanks mel!!! I want to be able to do a handstand...

jane!! me, flat stomach? getting there, for sure, my tummy has always been my trouble spot. honestly I might need a tummy tuck to ixnay the extra skin. I use to be 70 pounds heavier, much of it in my tummy. I should post a real before pic--once I scan them in. you will be shocked.

lol jane.

I do feel really strong and fit, that is for sure.

meanwhile, stage 3 had rendered me completely useless today with squatting low to get something out of the fridge, walking up stairs. I can do these things, but I grunt loudly as I do them. taking a planned week off seemed to really help my zest for pushing myself!!!!!

Looks good Wendy - I've not noticed any food porn in your journal for a while... Or did I miss it?

oh I have been cooking!! just so busy that I haven't posted

need to take a pic of the ahi tuna with whole grain pasta and bruschetta topping--I do this in parchment paper basically individual packets with an ahi tuna fillet, lemon slices, good quality balsamic vinegar, olive oil, cracked pepper, a pinch of sugar, fresh basil, fresh oregano, fresh chopped garlic, chopped roma tomatoes, shallots, somewhat underdone whole wheat farfalle. bake at 350-400 degrees until done, usually 15 min or so. serve with a side of french green beans sauteed in olive oil and garlic.
