Fine. Live in the past. Checkers on a folding table, sipping your metamucil and lemonade with your VFW buddies, all the while reminscing about all the stuff that didn't used to be there. Oh, the good ol' days...

I know I'm a little late to the party, but there's nothing like living in the past. Nice job on the PR!

It's a good day tater. I dropped the Clean Pulls...I just don't think they're productive on "leg day". Everything went well enough. Next week will be better.

Tony,
Shit, you are posting PRs all over the place.
And you have gotten smarter, too. The new avatar makes you look like you actually know something.

I have the same haircut! Of course I shave my head. I tell everyone that I could grow a full head of hair if I wanted to . . .

You were back to page 2 again. So, here's another late "Nice job on those squats" to bump you back up. There are so many people logging these days that's it's hard to keep up.
I agree with everyone on the avatar, but no matter what you change it to, I can't get the old cartoon image out of my head.

Lunge x 24
Off-Set Pushup x 16
T-Squat x 15
Reverse Lunge x 20
Spidermen x 24
Reverse DB Fly x 10
Pushup W\ Heels Elevated x 16
Bicycle Crunch x 40
Linear Speed Workout
Form Start x 6
20m Sprint x 4
30m Sprint x 3

Notes:
Thanks to all for the encouragement and nice words. I missed TWO workouts this week *gasp*. It's kind of an odd feeling for me that I "only" had 3 training sessions. Their was time to put the lifting one back in today but didn't see much point. The calisthenics went well enough. I'll just be a little extra rested for Monday!
Greg> I'm pretty darn bald. My forehead started back peddling in high school and is in full retreat now. The back part is running up to meet the front...it's pretty sad.

Assume a pushup "Up Position"
Bring left heel outside of left hand
Recover to "up position"
Bring right heel outside left hand
ect.
It's a stretch, and a more or less rotational isolation hold an for the torso
